Here's where you can fill out a co-ownership agreement for your Kirin. The second person of the co-owned pair should quote the first person's form and add their agreement. Contracts are considered binding.
Co-Ownership Rules
Where no co-ownership agreement exists, you are stuck with your co-owner forever unless they post and relinquish their half of the Kirin or leave Gaia.
Anyone who leaves Gaia (not logging on, and otherwise unreachable) for a period of six months or more will be considered to have voluntarily given up their co-ownership rights.
In the event of one co-owner being banned from the shop, the other co-owner shall assume full ownership rights to the Kirin.
Explanation of the form
Primary/Secondary/Joint - If one person won/bought/paid for the Kirin, they are the Primary owner and the other person is the secondary owner. If both owners paid equally for the Kirin, they are Joint Owners.
RP Rights - Who is allowed to play the Kirin in question in Roleplays and decide what happens to them in their day to day lives? This can be shared, or owned by one person only, or whatever other division you desire. Also decide who (one or both) will be in charge of deciding the Kirin's personality / back-story.
Breeding Choice: Who is allowed to choose a mate for the Kirin? This includes both IC (in character) and OOC (out of character) matings, though they can be different if you wish.
Major Life Events: Anything which alters the Kirin substantially either physically or emotionally. This includes but is not limited to flings, disfigurement, changes in herd status, lifemates, adoption by or of another Kirin, etc.
Disposition of offspring: Who has first choice of your Kirin's share of a breeding, and how you plan to share any extra offspring amongst yourselves and the other owner (of your Kirin's mate). Who will be paying for the breeding.
