General Info and Rules
These are the stats that every single character will have. Only give your stats the numbers that fit your character. If you are someone who uses strength more than speed, you will NOT have the same number in both stats, and not even close to it. Just balance yourself.
Release Strength: Technique: (This is for All Races, and for Shinigami it would be for Kidou) Intelligence: Defense: Agility: Stamina: Reiatsu:
~~How Stats Effect Characters~~ The Strength, Agility, and Reiatsu all have an effect on your character directly, such as how fast you move, how much you can lift, and how much reiatsu you have for techniques. The Stats of Stamina, Intelligence, and Defense are not so definite, and thus I will list examples of what each point would mean for you.
Strength Each point you possess allows you to lift 10 pounds one handed without any strain whatsoever. 1 Point → 10 pounds 2 Points → 20 pounds 3 Points → 30 pounds Etc...
Agility Each point you possess allows you to run at +10 feet per second. **Note** ~ For Flash Step (and variants, such as Sonido), this number in increased by x4 at B-rank, x6 at S-rank, and x10 at SS.
1 Point → 10 foot per second 2 Points → 20 feet per second 3 Points → 30 feet per second Etc...
Reiatsu For every point you possess in Reiatsu you will have 500 Reiatsu Points. These points will effect how many kidou you have, or, if you have them, how many techniques you may use. This is not mandatory, but is handy on regulating how often you may use your powers. Some races have these Reiatsu Points directly effect a power they possess. For Shinigami this will effect how many Kidou you may use in one battle. Once your character "rests" all of these points are restored.
1 Point → 500 Reiatsu Points 2 Points → 1,000 Reiatsu Points 3 Points → 1,500 Reiatsu Points Etc...
_______________Spiritual Pressure _______________Reiatsu also effects your overall spiritual pressure. As shown in the manga, this spiritual pressure effects the health of those nearby whose own spiritual pressure is much lower. This is reflected in this guild as well. The chart listed below reflects the negative effects that occur to a character who is in the area of someone who has a higher spiritual pressure than their own:
_______________2 Points Below → Difficult to breathe, some slight weakness in the muscles, incapacitation in 4 posts[Immune if [2] ranks lower than opponent] _______________4 Points Below → Intermediate Difficulty in breathing, Intermediate weakness in the muscles, speed and strength reduced by [1] point, incapacitation in 3 posts, (Immune if [1] rank lower than opponent) _______________6 Points Below → Extreme Difficulty in breathing, extreme weakness in the muscles, speed and strength reduced by [2] points, incapacitation in 3 posts, (Immune if [1] rank lower than opponent) _______________8 Points Below → Massive Difficulty in breathing, massive weakness in the muscles, speed and strength reduced by [4] points, Incapacitation in 2 posts, (Immune if same rank as opponent) _______________10 Points Below → Instant incapacitation, (Immune if same rank as opponent)
Intelligence Intelligence is relative. Each point will be explained via example of people: 1 Point → Average Teen Human 2 Points → Average Adult Human 3 Points → College Student 4 Points → Straight A College Student 5 Points → Pharmaceutical Manufacturers 6 Points → Nuclear Physicist 7 Points → Albert Einstein Etc...
Stamina Stamina is likewise relative. Each point will be explained via example of people: 1 Point ~~> Average Teen Human 2 Points ~~> Average Adult Human 3 Points ~~> You can take a beating for a while 4 Points ~~> Rocky Balboa 5 Points ~~> Ford: Like a Rock 6 Points ~~> Ever heard of Bane? 7 Points ~~> Hulk Smash! Etc...
Defense Defense is the hardness of your skin. Each point will be explained via example of people: 1 Point ~~> Average Adult Human With Clothes On 2 Points ~~> Wood 3 Points ~~> Dense Wood 4 Points ~~> Stone 5 Points ~~> Iron 6 Points ~~> Steel Etc...
Technique Technique shows you just how good you are with Techniques. This one is the trickiest, for there really is no scale for it. However, I will have it reduce the Reiatsu Requirements for techniques as well as, for shinigami, reduce the need for speaking incantations with Kidou. 1 Point ~~> No Change 2 Points ~~> -50 Reiatsu Requirement 3 Points ~~> -100 Reiatsu Requirement/First Tier Kidou Without Incantation/Kidou Strength x2 4 Points ~~> -150 Reiatsu Requirement 5 Points ~~> -200 Reiatsu Requirement/Second Tier Kidou Without Incantation/Kidou Strength x3 6 Points ~~> -250 Reiatsu Requirement 7 Points ~~> -300 Reiatsu Requirement/Kidou Strength x4 8 Points ~~> -350 Reiatsu Requirement/Third Tier Kidou Without Incantation Etc...

*Stat Rules* Stat Formula: 25 + 1/rank (D = +1, C = +2, etc) + 1/release (Shikai = +1, Bankai = +2, etc) = Base Stats
Choosing: Just as simple as determining your character. A big bruiser would most of the time not be so quick on his feet while a speedster would not be very brawny. Each character, to begin with, has [25] points to distribute amongst the 7 stats. The scale is [1-5], and thus you must always have at least [1] point in every stat. This is your starting stats, what you would have at E-rank. Now, as you progress, you gain [1] additional point with which you can add to your base points. This progression point is gained at each ranking up. Each stage of development, upon earning, gives you [1] additional point. Each race will give different additions based on how their release systems work. Look for this information in your local Race Information thread.
SS Rank Specials: Every rank you attain gives you [+1] permanent stat point that you add to your Base Stats. However, upon attaining SS-rank, you instead add [+3] permanent stat points, as well as a free [+1] to your Reiatsu that does not count towards your [+3] total.

Release Effects on Stats
If your race has the power to "release", such as the Shikai/Bankai of a Shinigami, or the Resurreccion/Segunda Etapa of a Arrancar, your stats may well change to fit the form you take. Upon release, you may add [1] temporary stat point to one of your stats for your first stage. You may also rearrange your stats upon release.. So make sure to place your stats in your profile to show what they become upon release, for they must ALWAYS fit this change. You cannot change your mind as to how they are arranged later. Keep in mind that when returning to your base form, your stats will reset to their original settings. Look to the profile format for more information.
**Special Note** Each release stage gives an additional [1] temporary point upon release. If you are releasing Bankai, your stats are rearranged (or not by your choice) and you gain an additional [2] temporary points to distribute among these rearranged stats.

Temporary Stats Gained for Release
When using a release, you gain temporary additional stat points based on what release you are using. These bonuses are listed below. Listed also is whether or not the rank release allows you to reorganize your stats. If you may reorganize, these stat bonuses are added in. Remember, when returning to your base stats, all releases resealed, these temporary points vanish.
{{~~~::::Shinigami::::~~~}} Shikai ~> [+1] ~~> No Reorganization Banka ~> [+3] ~~> Reorganization Allowed Perfect Bankai ~> [+6] ~~> Reorganization Allowed.
{{~~~::::Arrancar::::~~~}} Ressureccion ~> [+1] ~~> Reorganization Allowed Segunda Etapa ~> [+3] ~~> Reorganization Allowed Tricera Etapa ~> [+6] ~~> Reorganization Allowed.
{{~~~::::Quincy::::~~~}} Second Bow ~> [+1] ~~> No Reorganization Third Bow ~> [+3] ~~> Reorganization Allowed Final Form ~> [+6] ~~> Reorganization Allowed.
{{~~~::::Bount::::~~~}} Second Stage ~> [+4] ~~> Reorganization Allowed Third Stage ~> [+6] ~~> Reorganization Allowed
{{~~~::::Human::::~~~}} First Stage ~> [+1] ~~> Reorganization Allowed** Second Stage ~> [+3] ~~> Reorganization Allowed** Third Stage ~> [+6] ~~> Reorganization Allowed**
{{~~~::::**Note**::::~~~}} "**" means its conditional. Only works if your stage in some way changes your stats. Some don't, such as powers like Orihime's.

Examples Here are some examples to explain how the stat system works. The reason is because how I explained the stats might just not be clear enough. The rules for Stats are simple, based entirely on rank and releases earned. For basics, I'm going to use the human stat list: Quote: Base Stats Strength: ♦ Technique: ♦ Intelligence: ♦ Defense: ♦ Agility: ♦ Stamina: ♦ Reiatsu: ♦ Notice those diamonds? Those diamonds represent "points". You always have at least [1] point in each stat. Now, here's the fun part. You, at E-rank, have [25] points to distribute among these stats. When you're done, it should look something like this:Quote: Base Stats Strength: ♦♦♦♦♦ Technique: ♦♦♦ Intelligence: ♦♦♦ Defense: ♦♦♦ Agility: ♦♦♦ Stamina: ♦♦♦ Reiatsu: ♦♦♦♦♦
Totaled, those points equal [25]. These are set, unable to be changed, until you gain either a release, or a rank increase. The bonuses for each are:Quote: Gain First Release: [+1] Go Up One Rank: [+1] So, given this, say you attained C-rank, and gained your first release. That would mean you would now have [28] points to distribute. Thus, your Base Stats could be something like this: Quote: Base Stats Strength: ♦♦♦♦♦♦ Technique: ♦♦♦ Intelligence: ♦♦♦ Defense: ♦♦♦ Agility: ♦♦♦ Stamina: ♦♦♦♦ Reiatsu: ♦♦♦♦♦♦
Note that you are not altering what you had at E-rank. Instead, you are simply adding [3] more diamonds to your listed stats. [2] for gaining two ranks (D, and then C) as well as [1] for attaining your first release.
Now here's the odd part. In your stats, you may now fill in your First Release Stat Chart. This is mandatory. You do not get to pull the "last minute revelation" thing. If you don't fill it in, and you use your first release, absolutely nothing happens. Your first release is canceled. End of story. Now, here's the basic chart for a First Release: Quote: First Release Stats Strength: ♦ Technique: ♦ Intelligence: ♦ Defense: ♦ Agility: ♦ Stamina: ♦ Reiatsu: ♦
The rules for this system is quite easy. Look at the post above this one. There, for each race, is listed. For instance, for humans, you gain a [+1] temporary point to your stats. Going with the same C-ranked character with [1] release stage activated, you have then [29] points to distribute amongst your First Release Stats chart. Keep in mind that for your First Stage Release chart, if the information in the post above says you can, you may rearrange your stats as you see fit. For an example, they could look like this: Quote: First Release Stats Strength: ♦♦♦ Technique: ♦♦♦♦♦ Intelligence: ♦♦♦♦ Defense: ♦♦♦ Agility: ♦♦♦♦♦ Stamina: ♦♦♦ Reiatsu: ♦♦♦♦♦♦
Note that the stats have changed. This might not always be the case. For instance, if your release stage in no way changes your stats (determined by your writeup for your stage), then your release only adds [+1] to one of your stats. An example of this would be if your release states you become faster, but not stronger. Then your stats would reflect this. Once this chart is decided, it cannot be changed. This chart becomes your active stats only when your first stage is activated. Make sure to check the chart above, which shows you, for your race and stage of release, whether organization is allowed.
Now for the Second Release Stage. It is almost completely the same, except for one thing: the temporary bonus gained from using the second release is now a [+3] that stacks with the [+1] from the First Release. In this case, we'll use an A-ranked character, with the Second Release unlocked. He/she would have [31] points (25 + 1/rank {4} + 1/release {2}). Now, when releasing the Second Release, your stats would total up to [34]. So your stats may well look like this:Quote: Second Release Stats Strength: ♦♦♦ Technique: ♦♦♦♦ Intelligence: ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ Defense: ♦♦♦♦♦♦ Agility: ♦♦♦♦♦ Stamina: ♦♦♦♦♦ Reiatsu: ♦♦♦♦
Again, just like previous stat charts, the Second Release Stats never change once set. They are temporary, and last only until the release is once more resealed. Then your stats are that of the Base Stats.
Now for the Third Release Stage. It is almost completely the same, except for one thing: the temporary bonus gained from using the third release is now a [+6] that stacks with the [+1] from the First Release and the [+3] from the Second Release. In this case, we'll use an S-ranked character, with the Third Release unlocked. He/she would have [33] points (25 + 1/rank {5} + 1/release {3}). Now, when releasing the Third Release, your stats would total up to [43]. So your stats may well look like this:Quote: Third Release Stats Strength: ♦♦♦♦♦ Technique: ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ Intelligence: ♦♦♦♦♦♦ Defense: ♦♦♦♦♦ Agility: ♦♦♦♦♦♦ Stamina: ♦♦♦♦♦ Reiatsu: ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦
Again, just like previous stat charts, the Third Release Stats never change once set. They are temporary, and last only until the release is once more resealed. Then your stats are that of the Base Stats.
And there you go. That should explain how everything is done. If you need help, feel free to ask me, Lanfaer, about it. I'm willing to help as much as possible. Though I would ask that you please put all questions in the Questions thread in the main forum.
