It all happened on one rainy, cold day in the rogue lands. It had been a long but successful hunt. I was just settling down for the night, minding my OWN business. When a loud, annoying sound could be heard over the thunder. Which was saying something. ' Poor bugger,' Apollo thought to himself while shaking his head woefully. ' Sounds like something dying.' Apollo continued to eat and watch out his cave passage way. It really was quite a site, not a good place to be outside, judging by the trees swaying and rain pelting to the ground.

It was nights like this that made Nisha loath being out in them. Her fur was soaked, she was cold, and the storm itself didn't look like it was going to let up anytime soon. Inorder to make the best of it, she decided to sing loudly about her frustrations. She wasn't the most lyrical but it made her feel better to belt out songs, it was calming to her.
Blinking the water out of her eyes as well as shake her head to clear her mane from her eyes, Nisha almost missed the semi-small cave that held a faint glow. Letting out a happy purr at her sighting, see ran full tilt to the place that would be dry and warm.

Apollodoros was oblivious to the ongoings outside. For he had been paying attention, he would have realized that he was about to get an unwanted visitor bursting through his home.
The smell of dead rabbit permeated the air, causing Apollo's stomach to growl. 'Hmmm,' Apollo happily thought while licking his chops. "Rabbit is so delicious." Just as he began to lean down to feast, he froze at the sound of a low growl or what he thought was a low growl. Snapping his head up and looking towards the only exit. He spotted to his horror, a full grown lioness running speedily towards him. Yelping and scrambling to get up, he failed to move fast enough as the lioness collided withi him. Stars filled his vision and blackness appeared for a moment or two. Shaking his head to get rid of the feeling, it took in his unexpected as well as unwanted guest. Who was currently not moving on the cave floor by his feet.

' Shelter, shelter, shelter.' Nisha montared in her head as she got closer to her destination. She was wet, cold, and starting to get tired from lack of feeding. Not paying attention, she was startled when she ran into something. Her last thoughts were, ' Danger!' before all faded to blackness.
When she awoke, with eyes still closed, she moaned quietly in her head. ' Oh, my head.' Nose twitching, she could smell a lovely aroma of rabbit. She made an attempt to get up but found that something was blocking her movements. Blinking her eyes open she looked down at what appeared to be- " Vines?"

He kept his eye on his unexpected houseguest, he had tied her up earlier just incase she were to attack him. A noise made him look away from his feast to the feline. Listening to her words, he spoke. " Yes, vines my dear. One can't be too careful at times, especially with female lions." He walked cautiously forward and took in her black and orange fur coat. " Hm, interesting pattern." He used his snout to point at the paw that adnored her front leg. " Though I must say mine is nicer." He could tell from the frown upon her face, that she didn't like his words but he just shrugged. It was the truth afterall.
"Sorry but I don't think I am going to untie you anytime soon. For my safety of course, usually I am a good judge of character. It just takes a bit to judge. Apollodoros is the name."

Nisha looked at the now known maned wolf Apollodoros. ' Was this guy for real? How can threaten me and introduce himself all in one speech. This guy is nuts.' She thought while in disbelief. " Apollodoros huh? Thats a mouthful.." She said sarcastically before moaning in pain. " How long have I been out? Look I was just trying to find shelter to get out of this storm. I really mean no harm, I will be out of your hair as soon as it lets up! I promise, can you please untie me? The vines are getting a bit too tight." She knew she sounded a little whiny, but really! She was cold, wet, hungry and tired. She also was injured from running into Apollo. She looked out at the opening and saw to her delight that the storm was breaking up.
" See! Look, the sun is trying to come out! I maybe out of your hair sooner than you think. "

He continued to listen to the feline speak, aware now that she was shaking. Apollo frowned at the carelessness of his actions. ' Poor thing looks cold and hungry.. This really isn't gentlemenly behaviour.' Searching around he found so dried leaves, sticks and a paste that seemed like a good fire starter. And so he began working away, soon a medium size fire brighten the once dank and dark cave. " This should make things a little warm, dry your fur and such. So to your question on how long you have been out. I would say about an thirty minutes or so. Give or take a few minutes. Here have some rabbit, should ease the hunger." Apollo had heard the feline's stomach grumble in appreciate has he dragged over the dead animal.

She was a little greatful for the warm of the fire that its heat now seeped through her bones, but she still was angry at the treatment of being tied up. Not all felines were labled 'bad/ vicious' only some were. 'Thirty minutes? Wow that must have been some collision.' She watched as Apollo nudged the dead animal towards her, as unappetizing as it looked, she was starving so she dug in. " This is one of the most oddest situations I have ever found myself."
" I cant believe I am introducing myself but I am going to anyways. My name is Nisha." She spoke after she finished eating the left over rabbit. A faint rumble of thunder was heard outside the cave. " Sounds like the storm is leaving us, the thunder is quietening."

" Well Nisha, I will soon set you free in a moments time. When the rain has completely stopped and the storm is completely gone." Apollo flicked his golden tail this way and that before moving to the lip of the cave to peer out. " You are right, it is slowing down. Its just a light rain right now. I'm surprised you haven't used your claws or fangs yet to bite through the rope." Apollo looked at Nisha hard as too see through her soul. " Either that head injury hurt you or you want to show me good faith that you wouldn't hurt me. Hm, but I think it was the second suggestion that you choosing to do, interesting."
Teal blue eyes peered outside once more, " Well I guess this is my cue to leave, do not take this personally but I hope you are gone when I get back. This is my home afterall and I need to go off hunting again. Ta. "

'What a strange, strange male creature. He actually realized I could have escaped at any time.' Nisha thought as she watched Apollodoros leave the cave, a beam of light blocking his exit. So bright that she blinked and he was gone. " Huh. Well... I guess its time to leave." She bent her head down and began to gnaw on her bindings.
Once free of the vines, she slowly stood up and looked around. His house was quite small anyways, with a snort she made her way out. Nose in the air, she sensed that going left would be her best bet to finding a more permanent home.
And so was the ending of meeting Apollodoros. Weird and strange fellow.
