I'll just have to find a way to convince my family that kitties=wonderfulness. Kittkes are easier than horses to take care of anways. Though I still want a horse.

I got 3 horses and 7 cats You keep all the "kittys" ya want lol...Also my Dad Allergic to cats !! he got use to them scream Lol blaugh

I think you should get two, race them and all the money you get you can buy a new couch with.....Forget your brother twisted

Not all kitties scratch furniture...mine doesn't...yet.
I've caught him scratching the carpet, which they like better, but no furniture.
Moochie is my first kitten and I've learned a few things...
Kittens will use their claws to climb and to build their arm strength BUT there is a huge diffence between climbing and scratching.
Climbing sounds just like a scratch, but they don't damage the sofa 3nodding Trust me, I've checked.
My mom was insisting that I get my poor kitty declawed, which i refused t do...since he's my kitty, and I live on my own in my own house...
Oh, and your brother can take an alergy pill.

hun i have the EXACT SAME problam my parents wont let me get one because my dad is alergic and it will scratch up the fruntiture.but my dad is really allergic more than just a little bit

BuyMePearlsAndDiamonds hun i have the EXACT SAME problam my parents wont let me get one because my dad is alergic and it will scratch up the fruntiture.but my dad is really allergic more than just a little bit i was ferociously alergic but given i was raised with them, that did not last long

sweatdrop Cats don't much like me, cause I'm a dog/horse person... So I'd stick with horses. But if you really want a cat, that's your opinion.
