The titatron seems to be having trouble, turning on and off and getting some "snow". Then a masked man, a mask that is the same as Kid Omega's, appears on screan. His voice breaks out over the unhushed audience, with a gravelly rasp..
"This choice is given out over and over.."
The screen goes black and comes back on within seconds, a bit dimmer this time.
"And still, the choice is always the same.."
Again, the screen flickers off and back on in seconds, with the screens brightness dimmering even more.
"Eventually, curiosity is aroused and the choice is questioned.."
The screen blinks off and on in a second, with the screen being darkened once more.
"Chapter three, you soon, will hear."
Finally the screen begins to fade, signifying the finish of this promo and the man ends it with his laughter.
