 Persephone let out a slight sigh. It was high time she actually introduced her adopted son to her family. After all there where aunts and uncles and grandpas he had no idea existed. She was pretty close with her family after all so that was no excuse for prelude to have not met them. Well it was a good thing she had dragged the young phim out here then and was currently waiting for said family. However she did wonder just how her father Hibari would handle being told he was a grandfather. Hibari happily floated on the wind as he neared his destination. He hadn’t seen Persephone in a very long time so it was always good to see any one of his children again. He wished he saw them more than he did but he also understood that they had their own lives and needed to see the world for themselves. Then there was the fact he wasn’t soo old as to need taking care of from his children yet, in Hibari’s mind he was still quite young and still had plans to do a lot more.

 Esus floated lazily on the thermals wondering what his sister had called them all for. Persephone had been acting weird for a while now, being all secretive. Actually, so had Seika, the one fox who couldn't keep a secret if her life depended on it. Those crazy girls were up to something, he could tell.
Speaking of the crazy girls, he spotted one of them doing random aerial acrobatics not to far away. Shaking his head, he tipped to his side slightly and swung out to greet his 'big sister'. Seika wheeled and barrel-rolled all over the sky, half forgetting what she was doing in these parts in the first place. She was overly enamored of the sky and had been since her first flight. A small disturbance in the air caught her attention and she wheeled upright, looking around before spotting Esus coming at her.
"Little brother!" She cried happily, wheeling close and trying to pounce him.Esus, used to this nonsense, moved out of the way. "Sis, how many times do we have to tell you? Don't pounce in mid-air unless you're trying to kill us." The male Phim scolded affectionately.

Prelude had been dragged here on a perfectly good day, perfect for exploring and perhaps waiting at the meadow for his old friends. The recently grown Phim was not happy to be dragged out here by his mother, but he had cooperated only when she had said please. He had no idea why he was here, not even a clue, but he had willingly come along, which was a surprise since he was never the kind of fox to listen to others.
His adopted mother was Persephone, but to him she was simply Mom. There was never a question to what else to call her. She was his only family, as far as he knew, and she was his Mom. Right now though.... he was bored. Why were they still waiting here?
"Mom, I'm bored." Prelude grumbled, pawing at Persephone. He remembered when he was a kit and used to climb on her back and n** her ears. He affectionately batted her with his wings, smirking. He was a handful even as an adult, but he was good natured and just silly.

Persephone gave out the exasperated sigh, before batting him right back “Yes I know you are bored prelude but please just wait a few more minutes. Seika probably got sidetracked by a squirrel or something” Persephone sighed, although that same excuse shouldn’t have applied to her youngest brother and father. Maybe they had stood her up…. she had just left them for weeks on end and had been rather secretively recently. She let out another sigh this one slightly more depressed.
Hibari spotted his daughter very easily as lightning foxes tended to stand out, although when she was a kit Persephone had a way of disappearing with out warning. He frowned as she seemed to be standing by another male phim. He suppressed a sudden twitch he was sure all fathers of girls did at one point or another and landed gracefully
“Father” Persephone stated running over and nuzzling the older lightning phim on the cheek “I’m so glad you actually came”

"Now come on, it's this way." Esus said, guiding his spacey big sister towards the clearing. "Geez, I'm so blaming this on you if Persephone freaks on me cause I'm late." Esus grumbled.
Seika just laughed happily and followed Esus. Well, followed may not be the best term as she basically flew circles around him...literally. Just as they were flying over the meeting spot, Seika caught sight of Persephone and Hibari hugging each other. Angling herself down, Seika dove, smacking into the both of them in her exuberance. "Hi!"
Far more calmly, Esus landed outside the pile of foxes. "Father, 'Seph." He said, smirking at his sister. She hated it when he used that nickname for her, but she was a bit tangled right now, so she couldn't really do anything. Looking about the clearing, he noticed another Phim, his coloring yellow, white, and black.
Padding over, he looked the male up and down. "Hello, I'm Esus. I'm Persephone's younger brother. You aren't dating my sister, are you?" He asked the other male. "Cause Father's going to have a cow if you are."

Prelude yelped when he felt a rush of air, snapping his head to spot a male Phim approach his mother. He looked...exactly like her! However, the male almost snarled, his protectiveness over his mother was something he took seriously. Persephone was his only family, and he loved her. Maybe he didn't always respect her, but he loved her just like a son should.
He almost fell over though when she said: "Father." Wait, that male was her father? Then... he was his.... Grandfather? The male stared at the other in faint shock, looking between Persephone and the other. Seconds later the male jumped as another fox came sauntering up to him and mentioned being his mothers brother. Wait wait wait, hold on... he had more family?! What the.... huh?!
Prelude sent the male, Esus, a disgusted look, backing away in shock. Dating Persephone? Ew! That was his mother! Ew! Just... EW! The male showed pure repulsion, shaking his head hastily. "Dating Mom?! No! What kind of sicko do I look like?! Who dates their mother?!" He protested.

Hibari's twitch seemed to come back as he watched the emotions running across the younger male phim's face, although he also felt a slight pain of hurt that Persephone had told who ever this young fox was who Hibari was. Of course that was short lived as he was suddenly tackled by his eldest daughter. "Hello Seika... nice to see you too. You know apparently we have a new addition to the family over there. You should say hi."
Persephone twitched and knew the second she got free from her older sister she would so totally kill her younger brother. He knew she hated that nickname... he knew! A lowl threatening growl escaped her throat. However at the current moment in time she should probably say hi to seika and tell everyone who prelude was. "Hi seika... its good to..." She trailed off as esus decided to go ahead by himself. Oh was she going to kill him. "No Esus we arent dating, thats your adopted nephew... adopted dad." she rolled her eyes.
Hibari started taking calm breaths as to not go out and lose it when he had caught the words nephew... being esus's nephew would make him. "you went and made me a grandpa?"
Yep there was a reason she had waited so long to tell her family about prelude... yes in deed she couldnt wait until she told the other two. Insert eye rolling there.

Esus tilted his head. This Phim was just as excitable as his sister. A calm 'no' would have worked just as easily. "Considering your 'mother' didn't tell us a thing about you, I couldn't possibly know you were her kit. Thus, I'd say you hardly look like a sicko." Esus replied.
"However, that means you have some explaining to do, Persephone. I'd like you to start at the part where you decided not to tell us we had a new family member." Esus said. He wasn't one to get angry, but Persephone was pushing it with what seemed like her lack of trust in them.
Seiak, completely oblivious to the tension around everyone else, walked right up to Prelude and gave him a quick hug. "Hello, nephew. You're very pretty. What's your name, since my little sister seems to be arguing with Esus again?"

Prelude stuck his tongue out at Esus, huffing when the male seemed to use the word mom oddly. A calm no? Hadn't he realized the words he had spoken? He loved Persephone, but as his mother! 'Just thinking about Mom with someone is...nasty. Ewww.' He still retained some childish thoughts, even as an adult. It didn't help Harvest had ditched him and wasn't around to correct him anymore. He missed his friend...
He shook himself from his thoughts as a female rushed up to him and hugged him. The male beamed, he loved affection. "Prelude. You?"
He glanced at Persephone, the initial shock turning into confusion. Why hadn't she said he had more family?

Persephone rolled her eyes and dusted her self off now that she was free from a seika pounce. "I didnt tell you because the thought slipped my mind. We all seemingly went our different ways when we got older and I was busy making sure he didnt injure something, or break something, or piss some one off with his flirting" Persephone pointed out. "Thats why I brought everyone hear was to meet him"
Hibari sighed over his children for about the millionth time and wished they could get along better. figuring he would probably be waiting until judgment day he turned towards the young youth that was apparently his grandson. "Prelude, thats a nice name? I'm Hibari, and the affectionate female over there is your aunt Seika."

Prelude huffed at Persephone as she mentioned his flirting. He didn't mean to flirt! It just...happened. "I detest that!" He yelled back at her before blinking when Hibari spoke to him. The male scanned him, raising an eyebrow. So this was his grandfather? Wait, wasn't he supposed to be like....old or something? Prelude gave him a disbelieving look, tilting his head.
"You don't look like a old man." He commented without even thinking, shrugging. "Guess looks are deceiving, yea?" He added, once again not thinking. He smirked at Seika, flicking his wings in a greeting. The male suddenly realized something, everyone had wings! The male flapped his wings, leaping beside Persephone in joy.
"You all have wings! Thats so cool!" He really had been brought to the right place!

"I'm Seika!" She said, nodding in welcome. She got up and walked all the way around him, sitting down in front of him again. "I like him." She declared happily. She looked at Hibari when Prelude said he didn't look like an old man.
"Nope, nope. Hibari isn't old at all. Although he's older than I am." She said, fluttering her wings a little. "Yep, we all have wings cause we ate our veggies."
"...No, sis. We all have wings because we're all Phims." Esus said, looking over at his father and shaking his head. "Why did you ever tell her that ridiculous story?" He asked, laying down and placing his head on his paws.

Hibari sighed. "because... there was a long and involved reason at the time." hibari shook his head. Mostly it was because he didn't want to disappoint the kid that she would never grow up with wings because she was normal. So when she became an adult he would have an excuse. Then of course she grew wings and the rest was a different story."and no I am not old, I got drugged with that stupid water... and" the phim mumbled under his breath growing uncharacteristically grumpy.
" yep. We are all phims. Even your other grandfather and uncle who couldn't make it today are full blooded phims as well. " Persephone told him.

Prelude smirked at this, nodding. So, he had been given to the right family, eh? He nuzzled Persephone, happy she was his mother before giving Seika a confused look. "I was born with wings." He mused, turning his head to Persephone. It made sense.... Harvest always ate her vegetables, claiming they contained fiber. Then again, she had been born with wings. Then there was Tsuna, who he had met again awhile before. Had he eaten his veggies?
"Oh my higher deity! If I stop eating my vegetables will my wings fall off?!" He suddenly exclaimed in alarm, his entire body jerking back to stare at Seika, as if she would know. Already is was certain who he would get along with best.
 "I don't think thats how it works."
A grey vixen stood a distance from the family reunion, her pendant causing rays of light to bounce off and stain the grass around her in rainbow rays. The Shaman of Solarie would know such things, but she could only guess what crazy thoughts were going through Prelude's head.
Unia had been invited to be here, but she couldn't remember by Persephone or Prelude, or maybe just a hunch in her brain. Either way, she was here, and her eyes fell upon the now grown form of Prelude. He had grown so quickly! Did that mean little Harvest was grown as well? Prelude dashed to his founder, nuzzling her in seconds. "You're still as pretty as always." He cooed out, giving her a flirty smile. Unia giggled sweetly, raised her paw, and smacked him in the forehead."Thank you! Doku, my loving mate who I will never leave, tells me the same thing!" She giggled out, sweetly turning to smile at Persephone and then the others. Suddenly, her cheeks flushed, eyes widening. They had seen her display violence! Oh no! She wasn't a monster! Did they think she was?
"U-uhm...I-I'm Unia. I-I found P-P-Prelude and Ha-Harvest." She stammered nervously, suddenly hiding behind the larger Prelude. She was tiny even for a Modifox.

Seika's eyes widened as well. "I...I don't know! And I haven't eaten any veggies this week. Hibari! Are my wings going to fall off!?" Seika cried, looking at her father figure desperately.
She relaxed only slightly when a soothing voice called that her wings falling off was unlikely. She looked over at the silver fox and bounded over. "Hi!" She said with a large smile.
Esus put a paw over his face to cover up his laughter. The sound of a new arrival had him lifting his paw and looking her over, snickering when she gave the larger Prelude a love tap on the head. She was a rather pretty silver and black, and she had a pendant that looked...somewhat...familiar.
Suddenly Esus sat up. "Oi, you're from that one tribe, aren't you? The one with Xiaoshi." He stated.
