Um, I hope this hasn't been asked in this forum already, but I didn't see a thread about it, so here goes.
Even after having seen the whole Gensomaden Saiyuki series, I don't understand how Tenpu, Kenren and Konzen became Hakkai, Gojyo and Sanzo, as it appears they did. I'm assuming they must have been made mortal or died or something, but I was curious to see if anyone knew how?
Forgive my ignorance if this is something covered in the manga or simply something I missed, but I'm really curious.

I've read the actual story (Xi You Ji) and its not really like this at all, and so there was no way for me to figure anything out, but I had a few ideas and I was wondering if they were right, based on what of the anime I've seen.

I believe Goku was imprisoned on earth for the crime of killing Konzen, so that's those two. Um... I'm gonna bet Tenpo and Kenren got either executed or banished by Nataku's dad... he's a b*****d. Actually, I heard he was Ni. So... yeah.

It looks more like they are going to be bale to get the limiter back on Goku adn then they are taken away by Natakus Dad crying
