 The morning and the skies were clear in this early morning plains. The sun was behind the early morning clouds, the lake shimmering with a few ducks and fish by the surface. A red streak flew down from the sky, landing on the lakeside.

 Amarante strolled down to the lake. She felt like a cool drink and knew it was the best place to go. She walked daintily and then dipped her head down to sip a few cool drinks. She then lifted her head and smiled, that hit the spot nicely.

Raven stretched her wings slightly as she stepped a bit into thwater to drink and clean her feet slightly. Murring gently, she looked around and spotted the second female. Her flower markings intrigued her, a figment of beauty unlike anything she's seen.

Amarante looked at the other soquili and nodded her head. She wasn't like any she had seen before. Amarante toss her head back and then cleared her throat, "Hello."

She smiled at her. Feeling rather friendly. "Hello. Nice flowers." she added with a bit of a smile, her head tilted at the curious looking soq. Her intricate markings something rather curious for her.

Amarante looked down and smiled with a slight redness to her cheeks, "Thanks! You can fly? What is that like?" She was too curious not to ask. What would it be like to fly? Amarante assumed fun, but very dangerous and she didn't like danger too much.

She gave the other soq a smile. "Yup. I can fly." she chuckled. "Isn't it obvious?" she continued with a smirk. "flying... The wind in your face, the feeling of being up there.... its simply amazing."

Amarante nodded her head, "But, isn't it dangerous?" Couldn't something happen? She looked at the sky and decided she was better off on the ground. She knew that was what her hooves were made for anyway. "My name is Amarante, by the way." She had just realized she hadn't introduced herself.

"Rush?" She wasn't sure what that meant. How could it be a rush? "I'm not sure what that means?" She cocked her head to the side to show her confusion. How was flying a rush, maybe if she understood the concept she would know.

Amarante thought about this. She hadn't had that feeling before, it was too scary. "That sounds dangerous." She nodded her head and pawed the ground with her right foot, showing her anxiousness.

"You could get hurt, right? That's a scary idea." Amarante was always afraid of getting hurt. She was delicate and she thought that if something little happened she would just break. It really didn't make much sense, but that was Amarante.
