The day was winding down, the sunshine slowly lowering itself to the earth once more to end another day. She enjoyed the twilight hours, as it seemed that it was the nicest time of day. Not too hot, not cold at all. She enjoyed the comfort. But boredom usually seeped into her by this time. She was such a solitary animal, that she wasnt used to being around others. Though she at times.. wanted that feeling. She wanted the feeling of having a friend; someone to talk to. She had Tandu at one point, but he had moved on and she only hoped that she could see him again one day.
But for now, she stretched her body toes stretching, and her claws unsheathing themselves. She was around her tree, a rather large tree that she claimed as her own. She preferred living in it, over living in any den. She hated the confinement of dens. Walls all around you with no way out but one. At least here.. here she had freedom and wasnt so closed in.
Her speckled pelt gleamed in the remnants of sunshine, and she knew she needed to do something.
The world was such a peaceful place, and sometimes that in itself wasnt that great.

Ayunken-vanzan had stopped enjoying his looks in the water. Now, he was wondering aimlessly away from his pride. Well, whatever it was. Something that didn't interest him. He lost interest easy, it seemed. Though, he never truly had interest staying with his family. The only one he got along with had left anyways. He flicked his tail as he moved quietly threw the evening. It was getting dark, or perhaps it was already dark. He wasn't paying attention. He never really noticed too much.
All he cared about was that he was awake. He, being the center of the world, was the only thing that needed to be awake. He was arrogant, and thought nothing better then to sit all day looking at himself. Though, today, he had grown bored of that and decided to enjoy a bit of a walk. Which was boring him, this walk. He needed something to entertain him. Something to get his attention. He was far from any water source, so he couldn't go back to looking at himself.
He kept himself completely clean, or at least as clean as nature would let him. His bright blue fur was very beautiful, and he wanted to keep it that way. He was afraid of mud. Well, at least he didn't like it. He needed someone to break him of this obsession with himself, even if he'd never willingly agree to it.

She heard the crunching of the earth, and perked an ear, staring out into the open. She wondered if someone was coming closer, and her thoughts were right when she saw the bright blue figure. He stuck out, rather well, with the bright color he had. He didnt exactly blend with the green and golds of the grass. She smiled, oh finally..Someone on HER terms. She could meet him on her time, rather than them wandering up on her while she was snoozing in her tree. Which, that seemed to happen alot and she tended to despise it.
"Hello!" She called, hoping not to irritate him. She knew what it was like, being approached by someone you didnt want to be approached by. She had to hope that they would get along, and if she bugged him, she would leave.
Thats when she noticed he was a leopard. Her eyes widened a bit, and she could have squealed happily. Though she did a good job hiding the satisfaction of another leopard. It had been TERRIBLY long since she had last run into one.

He didn't realize there was anyone else out here. Of course, that didn't really surprise him that someone else was. Either way, he kinda gazed over to where the voice was coming, having stopped moving without realizing it. More of a habit when someone called at him. Or at least, he was sure it was him. After all... Who wouldn't want to talk to him? He was perfect in every way possible. He raised a brow as he noticed the white and black female. Surely enough, another leopard. Which was good in his eyes.
Leopards were the best creatures about, at least that had been what he had grown up to believe. He didn't like other types, or at least, didn't tolerate them very well. "What?" he simply said. It wasn't like he needed to say it back. She already knew he was there. He didn't know what to respond to other then that. Sure, it probably came off as a bit rude, but it wasn't him that was being said what to.
He really didn't mind talking to others, as long as they knew he was the best. Which, most of the time it wasn't a problem. Or at least, they never showed him that he wasn't the best. Which was just as good. He was quite relieved to have someone to entertain him, at least. Or hopefully, she was entertaining. He wasn't quite sure if she was yet or not. He'd just have to wait and see. Which he planned on doing. He was bored, and needed something to do.

When he responded, it wasnt how she normally would have expected. She knew leopards could have a streak of vanity, and that they also could tend to not be the most friendly. But she was friendly, for the most part. She knew she came off as rude to others, but she dealt with it rather well. She grinned, though it was a cautious one. She didnt want to be attacked for coming closer, but it seemed he was going to be okay with her going a little closer. At least for now. She was still a safe distance away, she could take off if she had to.
"I was just saying hello. Its generally a way to greet others ya know." She mused, chocolate eyes glittering. He was handsome, his blues giving her eyes something to look over at his markings. It had been so long since she had seen a male of her own species. It wasnt a long shot to say she was incredibly excited by the fact that he was around. But she sat down a few feet away, flicking her tail and letting her leopard grin plaster upon her maw.

He gave her a shrug. "Seeing as you already know I am here, I didn't see a need to say it back." He said honestly. It wasn't like he cared if he hurt someone's feelings. Then again, he didn't want her to leave. Especially if she might be interesting. He thought about his next words carefully, more so to make them sound actually truthful. "But I suppose I should have been a little more Aware of the fact that others don't think like myself." Hard words to come out of his mouth, but he forced them out with almost no problem.
Of course, everyone should think like him. He looked her up and down, deciding she wasn't completely hideous, but still not as good as him. "What are you doing out here?" He asked curiously. Though it might have come off as some type of demand a male would give a female if they were together. He didn't mean it to come out like that. Though, he didn't correct himself or apologize for it. He had no need to. Unless of course, she took some type offense to it. Then he'd have to force out a fake apology.

She wasnt easily offended, nor was she easily scared off. The female could be made of grit if it called for it. She let out another smile, actually rather happy that he had said something kind. She may not have needed it, but it was nice to hear. So he wasnt all bad, he was just.. outspoken. That she could deal with. So long as he wasnt mean just to sit there and be absolutely mean. She didnt mind being a little tolerable in some situations. She was meeting another of her kind, it gave her more reason to want to tough it out and find out more about him.
"Im bored. "She answered honestly, looking around them. She met with his eyes again and sighed.
"I was busy being in my tree all day, and now im looking for anything to do at this point." She figured being honest wasnt a bad quality when the male was honest as well. She could speak her mind, and not watch what she said for the likes of manners.
"Whats your name?" She asked, her own voice trying to match his in a way. She wanted to make sure she wasnt seen as weak, as she most definitely was not.. But she wanted to be someone of equal interest.

Well, that wasn't good. So she was bored, and he was bored. Then who was going to entertain them? He almost frowned, but it didn't come. His face continued to look neutral to the situation. Perhaps she was good at becoming an entertainer, that way they didn't have to find someone else. Or do something that would involved getting dirty, or involve too much work. He raised a brow and looked at her. "Well, then what do you purpose we do?" he asked. Hoping that she'd be the one doing most of whatever they were doing. Unless it actually turned out to be fun.
He didn't hesitate when she asked his name. "Ayunken-vanzan." He told her. It wasn't like he cared who knew his name or not. There were probably a ton of leopards out there with this name. Then again, he wouldn't know. He'd never been far from his pride. Which, he had no plan in going back to. Nope, it wasn't his pride anymore.. It was his mother's pride. A place he once knew. A place he'll never see again. Hopefully.
"Your name?" He asked after. It was what others did, right?

She grinned, a thought popping into her head. Normally when she was bored, she liked to chase rabbits from their dens in fear. Of course, she never really wanted to catch the rabbits. If that was the case she would prepare for that in the daylight hours. The rabbits would be down for the night, and by digging into their homes, they would run and flee. She enjoyed snapping right behind their heels making them think that she would snap their necks next.
"Do you chase rabbits?" She asked, then decided to elaborate on the subject.
"Not eat them m ind you.. Unless its something you choose. Im not hungry myself." She responded, and smiled. "Its fun just to watch them run in fear.." She thought harder, and wondered what else was out there to do if not that.
"Or theres a stream nearby. We could go swimming, or laze away in the water. Up to you." She said, hoping something she had mentioned would appeal to the male.
"Pleasure to meet you then Ayunken-Vanzan. Do you have any nicknames?" She asked.
"My name is Huyana'Seelie, but.. I go by Huyana, or Hu."

He never thought about chasing anything unless it was food. He eyed her like she was mad, well almost. Though, as he thought about it, it did seem like a fun thing to do. Watching other creatures completely frightened when being chased. Then again, that meant he had to get a little dusty. He wasn't sure if it was wroth it. Or he could perhaps convince the female to clean him after words. That'd a nice thing.
"I guess that wouldn't be a problem...." Oh, he'd get her to do what he wants. After all, he was awesome, right? "How do you purpose we chase these guys?" Hopefully just her and he'd watch. Or both of them, and later a non-self bath. The idea was getting better and better as he thought about it.
"No, I don't." Well, he had whatever his sister use to call him, but he wasn't gonna get into that. "Unless you want to make one." He told her with a shrug. As long as it was only his nickname and no one elses, he didn't care. And as long as he knew he was being talked to. He flicked his tail as he took, in her name. It wasn't too bad. At least he could her a easy one if there was too much of a problem. Or do what most males did and just call her Babe. It worked.

She watched him mull over the chasing of the animals idea, and when he finally seemed to give in, she almost wondered if she had bad ideas in terms of fun. But she shrugged it off, and stretched her legs, her claws extending, until she sat back down and looked toward the local rabbit warren.
"Well if its no problem we should try it out. Who knows, maybe you'd like it." She winked, and stood, walking towards the rabbits, though keeping a safe talking distance away. She figured he'd follow, so she only looked back once just to make sure.
"You start digging up their dens, or.. if you so prefer, I can do the digging." She mused, having af eeling getting dirty was the least of his wants. "And you could dart after them as they pop out of their homes, and snap at their heels. Like I said, you dont eat em unless you want to. For the most part, its just chasing 'em and putting fear into their hearts." She said. She wasnt a mean leopard whatsoever, but she enjoyed a good thrill.
"I shall call you Ayun.. Just to make it easier to call you your name." She grinned.
"You ready?"

Maybe he would, though he was sure he wasn't going to. More like, he liked the company that would be with him while chasing rabbits. She proved to be some-what interesting. At least for the moment. If the rabbit thing failed, then he'd change his mind about her.
He almost frowned at the thought of dirt getting in his claws, but something made him want to prove he could do whatever she threw at him. He shrugged. "I can dig." Not the words he'd ever hear himself say, of course. He'd only been truly dirty once in his life, and that was because one of his sisters. He wasn't a lazy leopard, but he didn't want to do a girly job this time. Normally, he'd not be object to showing his more girly side, but today was slightly different. He tried to shake the idea of him getting dirty out of his mind. At least it was going to be dry dirt. And most of it would just be patted off his blue fur.
"As you wish" He told her when she came up with a nick name. He shrugged along with it. He didn't care. "We have to find a den first" He said. He didn't even know where to begin to look for one. It was crazy. He'd never pictured himself chasing rabbits... Has his boredom really gotten this bad? Apparently, it had.

"Good.. Lets get started." She said, and began slinking away. The sun was setting and soon nightfall would make this impossible. But she was going to catch it before it got that late. She gave one glance behind her, waving him on. "Cmon, Ayun! We dont wanna be too slow." She chuckled, and took off.
She would show him how to chase rabbits for fun, and hell.. they might even get a little muddy along the way.. [END]
[[We can have a second Rp where they really do it if you want. Shes gotta get him to the right spot ;D]]
