A blizzard has come and gone in the land of Gaia leaving a thick blanket of snow and ice. With all the snow, a certain child couldn't help but play in the snow.
A lop-sided snowman is sitting on the tip of a hill with a light blue scarf wrapped around its neck. A familar young boy sat next to it shirt less like usualy watching a white rabbit hopping near by.

Ei watched the polar bear kid with piqued interest, though stayed behind the snowman, not bothering to wear anything warm.
Sure, it was cold, but Eileis had her array of potions and foods in hidden pockets underneath of her dress, and she reached up to tuck a stray hair behind an ear.
It was fun to watch the other Fables.

"hey mister rabbit, do you know where the river is?" Kunii leaned closer to the rabbit. The rabbit startled and bounded away from him. "Oh I wsn't going to eat you mister rabbit... I like fish better then small mammals.." He sighed and turned to look back at the snowman.
"Atleast you won't runaway from me." A wide grin spreads on his face and he chuckles quietly.

It took a small breath of air from dry and chappped lips to cause her glasses to fog up breifly. It had caught her by surprise the sudden snow fall, and she shivered as she watched the wind blow up several loose flakes from the prestine ground in front of her.
With a sigh she saw the world go blurry once again and was forced to take off her glasses and use her mittens to wipe the condensation off. Of course this only led her to blurring everything even more.
Popping her ear muffs back into place as they started to slide off she crunched through the snow, her sewing needle attatched to her jacket pocket, the string tied in a neat little bow around a nearby button. She would hate to lose it. Finding a needle in snow would be disatorous.

"Sssssnnnoo-oo-oooo-ooow."
Ure carefully sounded out this new word, glancing anxiously at Kiarna to make sure she got it right. "..ooo-oooow? Oooow? Snow!" Then she bounced around joyfully in the said stuff, dancing in figure eights and snow angels. Though how one dances out a snow angel is sincerely beyond me.
Then she noticed. PEOPLE! Dashing over, trailing slush over the patterns she had made in the snow, she greeted each of them with a cheerful, "HI!" She recognized one, but the others she did not know. "I'm Ure. Who are you? Ne? Nenenene?''
Kiarna followed behind, offering an apologetic and defeated smile at the three. She still seemed rather drained in the presence of this girl who was like herself, except magnified by one thousand. And a million questions.

Noticing Ure and the others she crunched her way towards Kunii and Ure. The lopsided snowman brought a smile to her lips. "That is a wonderful snowman." she commented as she slowed to a stop in front of them. Tightening her scarf around her neck she could still feel the chill wind seep into her skin.
Perhaps she should of worn more layers. BUt she already felt like she was in a sumo suit. Wiggeling her fingers in her thick glove it felt like she was swimming in thick pudding.

It was then that Jay noticed that there was something missing. She looked to the pocket and saw only the golden thread hanging on her button, the needle was nowhere to be seen. A quick intake of breath showed her panic, her trembling hands fumbeled trying to see if the needle had fallen into the pocket. But her thick fingers couldn't manage such a taste and in her worry she tugged the glove off. The feel of the cold air on her skin caused the hair on the back of her neck to prickle. But she continued her fumbling search.
Then there was a sharp p***k, withdrawing her hand from the pocket she saw a bright red bead of blood pooling and then dripping form its own weight down the side of her pointer finger, she felt the world swoon, and darkness came to her.
"Are you ok?" The sound...was like birds light airy and soothing, but it couldn't be real. Clenching her eye tighter she felt a headache coming on, and a better part of her body was ice cold. Something took hold of her shoulder firmly and something else lightly touched her cheek.
Feeling a bit woozy she slowly squinted the bright light blinding her for a moment, but there was a face looking down at her. Blonde locks of gold and blue eyes that could make the sky jealous peered down at her. Confused she finally realized that whom was holding her shoulder and touching her cheek was this person.
Her eyes snapped open, she cried out a bit in fear, the stranger looked at her unsure of what to do, but as Jay finally got her wits about her she realized that the figure was a boy....no older than 14. He looked worried and was definately not wearing snow clothes.
The casual medievil dress looked thin and worn and Jay had to take an intake of breath..."nya...what is going on?" she mewed pitifully, her soggy mitten coming to move her glasses back onto her face properly, the young boy only kneeled in the snow his curious gaze suddenly locking on her pocket.
Reaching forward his hand came towards her she half closed her eyes not sure why she seemed so fearful, but he only lightly tipped his fingers into her pocket and withdrew the long gleaming silver needle.
"Ah...this is what I have been searching for." he said with an almost awed voice, his eyes focused on the needle only. Jayoku could only stare at him confused.

"It took you awhile to find your item," Murmured the blonde, who was standing behind Aurora with an amused expression on her face.

Holding onto the needle he twisted his body to look over to the blonde haired girl, his own hair fell into his eyes. He gave a soft smile and nodded his head. "All this time I have been wandering like in a fog, the world seems so clear now." he replied staring at the needle for a moment before turning back to the fallen girl in the snow.
"I am sorry if i frightened you." He said to Jay offering a hand to help her up.
Jayoku watched as the strange girl spoke to the boy, the boy replied then offered to help her up. Well...at least he was polite. Her bones felt like they were frozen solid. Every effort made her groan in protest.

Aurora held onto the needle and then seemed to be aware that he was missing someone. He looked up and then around. He was out of the forest for sure. But what happened to his guide/first friend? "Kinnara?" his voice sounded small, as if afriad if that any louder would bring al the evils from the corners of the world to him. Where did the cat boy go? Frightened for the second time since he started on his journey he scrambeled to his feet looking for the familar orange hair and ears.
But his gaze only met a little bear boy, a strange rabbit girl and a the other girl that had spoken to him previously. "Kinnara!" he called more feverishly, his hands were trembeling so hard it was like there was a small earthquake stationed under him.
Jayoku watched as the gir..boy stood up and was calling out someones name. She noticed that he wore a somewhat ripped shirt under the green turc and was that dried blood on the hem? She forced herself to get up and out of the snow. Her limbs felt very stiff, but her worry for the boy in front of her heightened as she saw his hands shake.
Reaching out with soggy mittens her numb fingers wiggeled a bit, with her teeth she pulled off the mittens and dropped them in the snow. "um....you should probably come and get some nwe clothes. YOur going to freeze to death in that outfit." she cautioned trying to sound friendly and not nervous in the least. But she watched as her comment went ignored the youth stumbeled in the snow looking around still calling out the name Kinnara.
HE then suddenly collasped. Surprised to see him suddenly standing to have faceplanted the snow it took her a moment to get her legs in gear. Rushing to his side she turned him over and was relieved to see he was still breathing. Shallowly, but indeed breathing. Even with her numb fingers she felt his forhead and detected the fever that was taking hold of the boys body.
She needed to get him inside and quickly. Looking up her eyes pleading with the blonde girl for help. "Please, I need help to get him inside." She asked now sounding feverish as well.

"Oh, I..." Eileis murmured as she trailed off, tilting her head to the side curiously. "Warmth... it seems like he needs it." Blowing onto her hands, she placed them on his cheeks gently, watching through wary eyes.
If this didn't work, then she'd have to resort to her food...

(just noticed you responded to this XD)
She watched as the girl placed her hands on the boys cheeks. She couldn't fathom what she was doing. "Y.es he needs to get warm...but...I think getting him inside might be better?" she said her hands still hanging tightly onto the edges of his ripped shirt.
