Summary
The clan known around the world as the Lesser Gods. The Shinrei Clan is a group of extremely gifted humans who have attained a power that all dream of and relate to the power of God, and yet, despite their awe-inspiring and rather unique abilities they remain to be the most frail clan.
Every member of the Shinrei Clan, from birth, have an increased mental evolutionary rate of speed which would be most accurately exemplified as 25x the mental development of average humans. The reason for the increase in mental development occurrence is the development and distribution of their Chakra veins. Out of all 361 one of their Tenketsu Points their natural instinct is to redirect their chakra upon the main 7 that focus upon the brain, thus decreasing the amount of Chakra flow from the rest of the body by half making the frailty of their body much more extreme.
The effects of their rather odd natural Chakra redirection allows their minds to rapidly progress and thus further the mental prowess and effects of the world around them. Their adaptation simply, known as Psycho-Kinetics, giving them unusual and quite spectacle control of the world around them. However, due to their incredible mental development they have a rather odd deformation that decreases their aging and growth by half. Meaning, someone who is ultimately 40 would be physically 20. The affects if this, though on paper seem beneficial, but ultimately are quite disturbing and may alter the persons growth quite negatively. The nutrients of their skin cells are used at the same rate of the average human, such as the use of glucose and proteins, but the main problem is the elasticity of each cell is affected and therefor affecting the buoyancy of the flesh. This altering the appearance of someone who may seem 12, and giving them the wrinkles of someone whom was a 40. This not only affects the flesh, but the bones as well.
Psycho-Kinetics
All powers of the Shinrei Clan are within the group of Psychokinesis. They have a multitude of abilities but each one affects the world around them in the way the user sees fit.
Telekinesis is the most basic sub-division of the Psycho-Kinetic group. Telekineses is composed of the control of objects using the power of ones mind one either a Macroscopic Scale, ((i.e. objects visible by the unaided eye.)) or the Microscopic Scale. ((i.e. non-visible objects like Atoms.)) The most popular categories that lie within Telekinesis are
Pyrokinetics - The art of speeding of the movement of atoms and increasing their temperature and energy using the mind.
Cryokinesis - The art of slowing down the movement of atoms and decreasing their temperature and energy using the mind.
Levitation - The art of grasping an object using the mind and forcing it to propel in any direction it wishes.
Bio-Psycho-Kinesis is the knowledge and ability to use the mind's power to alter the bio-chemistry of oneself and manipulate it to their own will. This is the second most basic of the Psycho-Kinetic abilities because it's the knowledge of the oneself. Their increase mind-power given them heightened sensitive and recognition of every nerve within their body, thus making it simpler and much more natural for them to learn Bio-Psycho-Kinesis with young or immature powers. This could be separated into two 3 categories which are as such;
Healing - The art of increasing the reproduction of skin cells and drawing the nutrients needed from the air around in order to recover from minor or major injuries.
Supplementary Enhancement - The art of increasing the sensitivity of an organ or portion of the body to increase it's effective usage.
Alteration - The art of changing the arrangements of the Proteins within the cells in order to alter/manipulate tissue or objects around to act as tissue or nerves. (i.e. Prosthetic limbs.)
Photo-Kinesis is the ablility to control light. To the greater extent, one could make themself invisible, concentrate light particles/waves into lasers and manipulate any part of the light spectrum (ultra violet, microwaves, gamma rays, etc); Can be used to create illusions. this can be used to generate light shields/force fields, and project healing energies too.
Invisibility - The art of refracting and bending light around ones body to partially or completely hide themselves or something on their person. Advanced users may manipulate refraction to hide complete portions of mass that do not include themselves.
Lasers - The art of refracting and condensing light into small beams of light that may harm or brighten areas in the world. When used in more advanced forms may create condensed beams able to harm large animals.
Illusions - The art of refracting and projecting light into illusions or mirages around the user or away from the user to confuse and or trick the opponent. Beginners may only create illusions of oneself but advanced users may create copies or clones of anything. These are simply illusions and hold no physical value.
Astral-Projection is the ability to expands ones mind or thoughts into reality and view reality through different perspectives, or actually turn reality into ones own perspective but only to a certain extent. Their thoughts may be expressed outward and affect the world but in turn the world can affect these thoughts and damage one mentally.
Remote Viewing - The art and practice of expanding ones mind to view upon different locations. Beginners may only be able to view around ones town but more advanced users may view across continents and locate anyone.
Projection - The art and practice of turning ones own thoughts into reality, creating false illusions that may seem fake but are in fact an extension of ones own mind. Beginners may project and create small creatures or familiars but more advanced users may actually create massive expanses of ones mind. However, any and all things attacked and destroyed in any Projection may and will damage the user mentally.
Ethereal Projection - The most advanced art of the Astral Projection group. The art and practice of expanding ones mind beyond life and death and therefore projecting the thoughts of the dead into Reality. Beginners may become possessed by these dead thoughts however more advanced users may in fact project the spirits thoughts into the real world and turn them into a reality. The same rule for Projection affect anything summoned/created from this technique. Including spirits.
Electro-Magnetic-Kinesis is the ability to control the electromagnetic spectrum (including light, previously covered) and alter the field around ones self; The user may eventually learn to expand their powers to a much greater range but they will always be mentally limited o how far and great the size of their control may become.
Gravity - The art of using ones mental power and control of electromagnetism to heighten the strength of the field, thus within a certain area may increase the gravity around a user. The main downfall is the Shinrei clan member may not be within this gravitational field or it will kill them no matter how strong it is. Beginners may create small fields of gravitation outward from their bodies but advanced members may increase the strength as well as have a greater range and width of control.
Energy Fields - Using the power of Electromagnetism one may create a massive surge of energy about oneself that will completely reject the natural energy of anything that is not within the field. Thus creating a membrane of sorts that completely rejects all incoming signatures, even oxygen. Beginners may create a field around ones body but only for a limited amount of time due to the loss of oxygen however more advanced users and further control the size, shape, and expansion of their Energy Fields.

361 - 7 = 354/2 = 177/7 = 25
If every Tenketsu point naturally had 1 point in chakra, The average amount of chakra distributed would be 361 . Subtract the amplified tenketsu points (7) from the 361 and you obtain 354. Since the amount of chakra flowing from 354 of the points is halved, you then obtain 177. Distribute the 177 left over chakra between the 7 mental points and you obtain 25. Therefor for the amount of chakra in the points is best exemplified as such for every 1 point in chakra (1 = ((1/2)354)/7 ) thus giving you 1 = 25
