If you go into the one OOC you'll notice that in the announcement it says that that section is for writings. The general OOC is for people to chat about anything. .
But you can create stickies and threads in the first OOC that are specified. There shouldn't be a reason to have TWO OOCs. =/
she created one and the other one that was made by wulf puppies is specificly for art and writing.
it is still being edited and when she is done she will uncrew it for everyone to submit there stuff the other was created for just talking is was done for organization, i will have the name changed so it not as confusing
