Beginning a Team!
When making a team your must first select your captain. Once your captain is chosen, head to the Partner Assignment Office to roll the type for your partner. Both pokemon must be non-legendary and first stage.
Once you've got your first two, just head to the Member Profiles section. Make a new thread for your team with your team name as the title. Take the skeleton from the Profile Template thread and apply it to your characters. Feel free to decorate your profile as much as you like! Provided you maintain the necessary information, feel free to reword the skeleton. Combining sections is fine (like bio and personality) and you may write it however you wish.
You can make a maximum of four teams, but one of those teams must be from a different guild than the guild of the Sun.
Collab Teams do not count to your four team limit and you may have up to five of those.

When making a team you select a captain that is a First Stage Pokemon [non-legendary] and then head to the partner assignment office to get your partner.
From there you can make a team post in the Member Profile section.
That thread is yours to alter as you will, but you MUST use the profile skeleton as it is. Adding more is okay, but you HAVE to add what the template asks.
You can make a maximum of four teams, but one of those teams MUST be from a different guild than the guild of the Sun. Additionally, you may only have ten recruits per team. This means each team maxes at twelve members.

Selecting a Guild!
All of the guilds function the same. However, each of the main guilds has laid claim over a different area.
When taking missions, there are two boards you may peruse. There is the Main Bulletin Board in the Guild Exchange as well as the board for your own guild. The boards for individual guilds are in their respective territories, so check it out!
Each of the Guild's main teams profiles stickied in the Member Profiles section, so feel free to take a look at your bosses!
Regardless of which guild you affiliate yourself with, your team will be staying in either the Guild Exchange or the Guild of the Sun due to their large size, so you don't have to worry about separating yourself from the other roleplayers.
The Guild of Rebirth and Guild of the Moon cannot be joined for story reasons.

Each of the guilds work in the same manner but have separate territories!
Give the main teams of those guilds [Located in the Member Profile Section] a quick look over to see if you like your 'bosses' and then check at that guild's territory for areas you'd like to explore primarily.

Team Rooms

Your team gets its very own room! You may make it in the Team Room section or in the Guild Exchange!
I can be decorated however you like, but remember to make it a normal post and not a sticky or announcement!

Getting Recruits

Once you've actually started your team, you have the choice of increasing it's size by recruiting new members. No matter how many recruits you have, the number cannot exceed ten. This does not include your captain and co-captain, so the maximum number of characters on a team is twelve. You may have as many recruits per team as you think you can handle.

There are two ways to get a new recruit. One will often receive an egg or a straight recruit as a reward for completing a mission or a riddle. You will always be offered a recruit at the end of a mission, as well. The number of recruits will vary with your story, but unless otherwise noted you may take only one per mission this way.

If you have any spare recruits, how you actually use them is up to you! You may introduce them the same way they're given to you, or you may make up your own method. Eggs do not necessarily "hatch" into babies; you may have them come into your team from another method, if you wish.
