Okay, so a few days ago my Drum Mager (and section leader) brough in a box FULL of scented valve oil.

It was great. xD All we did for the entire sectional was sniff the stuff.

Do you enjoy freaking out over any new thing for your instruments?

Edit. Because a lot of people asked. My dear section leader got it from the internet. I'm sorry though, cause I'm not awear of the websites name. D;

May I ask WHERE your section leader found scented valve oil? That al cass stuff smells horrible, and I always smell like it too.

And I love getting new things for my instruments. For example, I got new synthetic felts for my trumpets. I was jumping with joy. Another example, for Christmas, someone got me a brand new Protec iPac Double Trumpet case, I think I pissed myself. haha.

What?! First colorful mouthpieces (which, as my sister found out the hard way, sound horrible) now scented oil?! Holy crap!
Ahem, anyway! Yeah, i do that sometimes. My dad got me smartmusic, and the whole day i was messing around with it. It was awesome xD I made a crapload of songs sound chipmunky for no reason x3 good times...

I have some! it smells like grapes!! Only problem is that it does NOT mix well with other valve oils. I lent some to my friend who uses a different brand and it made her valves stick like peanut butter
