You kinda look like the Japanese Girl I met in Tokyo, dressed like a maid and handing out fliers advertising one of the many different maid cafes in Akihabara.
But I don't recall any of them having a water sprite on their head, so either that's a new feature they have, or your not one of them.
The video on the other hand was amusing. ^_^
