What do you say when Nipponjin sneeze?

In my experience...they don't say anything. The entire concept behind what westerners say after a sneeze ("bless you") is a reference to the belief that when you sneezed it was evil spirits trying to invade or leave your body. It was a heavy Christian belief and so when someone sneezed "God bless you" was followed by it to try and defeat the "evil" in one's person.
The Japanese is in no way a Christian society and thus it is not uttered. I am actually not aware of any sneezing superstition in asian cultures except for the "sneeze once and someone is talking bad about you sneeze twice and someone is speaking well of you, sneeze three times and you have a cold." adage. This is more closely related to the western form or "your ears are ringing".

Ah, that is a very interesting site! And I totally agree *^_^* I wasn't even aware of the other Japanese superstitions about sneezing! Very cute!

That is interesting. If someone sneezes multiple times, sometimes someone might ask you if you're okay ("Daijoubu?") but that's not really a convention or anything.
