If you want to be in crew, you have to fill this out.
General Information Username: Real Name: Age: Sex:
Experience About how long have you been a member on Gaia?
How many years(months) have you been Role Playing?
List at least one guild you have joined and been an active member in. Include the name of the Guild Captain.
Have you ever been a crew member?
Have you ever owned your own guild?
What is you level of literacy?
Activity Questions How often can you sign online?
Do you have any real life after-school activities or a job?
What do you think you can contribute to the guild by being a crew member?
How have you proven that you can be a crew member?
Real Life Situations Two people are fighting in an OoC thread about a recent RP battle. RPer 1 is accusing the RPer 2 of God Modding while RPer 2 says that RPer 1 was Meta Gaming. You have read the posts yourself and you think it could go either way. Both RPers seem to be highly annoyed and their fight is getting heated. Some of the other members are starting to get involved in the dispute as well. You are the only crew member online and this problem needs to be resolved now. What do you do?
Bobby and Sally are two members of the guild that seem to have been friends for a long time. One day they seem to have a fight. Bobby called Sally a know it all b***h and Sally called Bobby an annoying little ******. You see this dispute quickly getting out of hand in the guild's chatroom and you know some members may be getting offended by what is being said. What do you do?
It's a pretty casual and relaxed day so far and you have been given the duty of double checking the customs that have been approved to make sure everything that has been accepted has been accepted properly. You see a custom jutsu that seems massively overpowered and you think it was only accepted because the crew member, Dante828, is friends with the person who submitted the application. You don't like Dante and you know that he is a total douche and bringing it up might cause a huge dispute. What do you do?
Recommendations Please provide us with 3 recommendations. 1) from a member of the guild that you have helped. 2) from a guild captain of another guild that you have been a member of. 3) from a member of the DON crew.
Note: If your application is accepted you will have to complete three interviews via PM. One from the guild captain, Tsubaka. One from the guild vice captain, Mistah. One from a member of the guild crew, Hinote. The first interview will be with Hinote, the second will be with Mistah and the last will be with Tsubaka. If you prove yourself to be a great asset to the guild crew then you will receive a promotion.

Mistah BomChickaWahWah If you want to be in crew, you have to fill this out. General Information Username:Just look at the avi. kayavient_thundergod Real Name:Kerron Hicks ((Call. Me. Kay.)) Age:15 Sex:maleExperience About how long have you been a member on Gaia? Few years, with a diff pro. How many years(months) have you been Role Playing? about five, maybe more. List at least one guild you have joined and been an active member in. Include the name of the Guild Captain. POTS-Lance Have you ever been a crew member? Yep Have you ever owned your own guild? Nope, never had the gold. What is you level of literacy? Semi Lit, experience writers block here and there.Activity Questions How often can you sign online? At least once a day. Do you have any real life after-school activities or a job? Well, when plays are going on I'm a runner, and I maybe in clubs here and there that won't take up much time. What do you think you can contribute to the guild by being a crew member? Problem solving skills, positivity, Everything there is to know about Aburame, I do well with coming up with stories and checking behind people. How have you proven that you can be a crew member? Well, as far as I know nothing much as of yet, but I do help Akura as a VC on his up and coming guild. I also tried to help Orchid on her guilds.Real Life Situations Two people are fighting in an OoC thread about a recent RP battle. First I would ask everyone who wasn't involved to stay out of it, and I would temporarily void out the battle or make them redo it. If they didn't I'd let a VC look it over. Bobby and Sally are two members of the guild that seem to have been friends for a long time. One day they seem to have a fight. Bobby called Sally a know it all b***h and Sally called Bobby an annoying little n****r. You see this dispute quickly getting out of hand in the guild's chatroom and you know some members may be getting offended by what is being said. What do you do? First I tell everyone else to stay out of it so we could handle it. First, I'm pratial to the term Sally used so I would try to be unbiased, but I would make them both apologize first. Then I would try to find out what happened and clear any confusion and ensure them that this behavior won't be tolerated. All with a smile of course smile It's a pretty casual and relaxed day so far and you have been given the duty of double checking the customs that have been approved to make sure everything that has been accepted has been accepted properly. You see a custom jutsu that seems massively overpowered and you think it was only accepted because the crew member, Dante828, is friends with the person who submitted the application. You don't like Dante and you know that he is a total douche and bringing it up might cause a huge dispute. What do you do? Don't say anything and report it to a VC. If I am a VC I will tell the captain. If me sayiong somethign causes a problem I would perfer someone else do it.Recommendations Please provide us with 3 recommendations. 1) from a member of the guild that you have helped. 2) from a guild captain of another guild that you have been a member of. 3) from a member of the DON crew.
I'll do it later.Note: If your application is accepted you will have to complete three interviews via PM. One from the guild captain, Tsubaka. One from the guild vice captain, Mistah. One from the other guild vice captain, Wood. The first interview will be with Wood, the second will be with Mistah and the last will be with Tsubaka. If you prove yourself to be a great asset to the guild crew then you will receive a promotion.

Because I'm very strict about these things. xD But you just really dont have much to offer. Positivity, we dont need, and the only notable thing was your knowledge of the aburame, which again, isn't really needed. Everything else any normal member can do, and probably will do.

I really didn't know what to put. If I knew what was needed I could do better about it.

And you kind of lied about your literacy level. Judging from what I've seen from literate guilds, and even just in POTS, you would be a solid Medium Low.

@Hinote: That would be semi-literate by most standards. When others rate themselves they usually either say illiterate, semi-lit or literate or advanced literate, and out of those he would be semi-lit.
@Kay: If you cant think of anything unique you could bring to the table then you aren't needed.

Well since most things I want to do in guilds are taken I guess you are right. Except maybe custom technology. I could do taht.
I also can handle answering questions, seeing as how I have a lot. But that doesn't seem important. I forgot to get back to you about the whole NPC thing you said I could do. I redid it and all, but I forgot to resend it sweatdrop
@Hinote: So what's literate? What you and cobra do? Cause with eleven size font I give out at least an 8 liner everytime unless I'm experiencing writers block. I'm also writing a book and trsut me that takes me a while I only get about a fourth of a chapter done a night, and thne I look it over everyday and redo things. So yeah I get writer's block easily.
And another thing, social posts, lke when you are sitting and eating ramen or leaving an area, simply dont require fourhundred line posts >.>

8 lines is NOT in any way literate. Anyways literacy isn't deemed by the length of your posts, but the quality.
You don't need to be a mod to NPC some lesser demons. Resend it then.

{ I'm about to use this post for my application, but I like how Kay put 828 on the end of Dante, and 828 is the ending to gregar's username. just thought I'd bring that up cause I found it somewhat entertaining and revealing. }
EDIT:
Ok wood ^.^ Yay! Now I can start out as an academy student and work my way up!

Save your application Kumo. We've actually discussed you in the mod forum, and I'm pretty sure it will be a no. Also, we have voted that youa re not good enough for tsuchikage, so the position is being given to Sado.

I said at least, that's during minor writers block ((Which occurs almost all the time to me)). I barely RP'd at all today, thanks to some other stuff...
I'm semi lit! and what about a general type guy. I'm on when a lot of guys are off, and I could work customs when they pile up and noe accpets them in a while. I've watched some good guys go at it and studied for a while now.
Okay, but I gotta find it among my numerous files on microsoft word...

The general guy is me. I'm on every day and I'm pretty good at customs. But my main specialty is systems and improveing everything everyone comes up with. Your simply not needed Kay.
