I don't have direcTV, but I do have a favorite cooking show of all time: Good Eats.
Alton Brown is like... my hero, I guess.

I'll have to check those out. And I love Alton Brown! =P I call him Uncle Alton because he reminds me of an uncle of mine that passed long ago.
