In most crews the leader gives the direction in which the crew will accomplish the task. Honestly, NO ONE like a leader that brings the crew down, either by bad direction, being rude/bitchy, or a know-it-all.

--->If someone suggests something, listen, give your opinion, try it out for the S&Gs if your not sure it will work or not. Don;t dismiss without first actually considering it. That doesn't make anyone feel good. And makes you look pretty bad.

---> Whats TCL you ask? TCL is Total Charge Level. That is how many orbs you have earned throughout the game. *NOTE: The orbs from salvaging rings do not count towards TCL. You can check a player TCL by clicking on them, or opening crew chat (if they are in your crew), clicking the drop down box, and then Character info.

"Oh what does this mean Miss Miko?"
"Well simple Billy."

Some people look at this at a sort of experience counter. In my experience, a person can have 80k TCL (80,000) and most of their badges, and I would crew them any day, rather than someone who has 300k TCL and few badges. How is that even possible? The person who has a 300k TCL could have spent a month Farming PS with orb doublers. What kind of game experience is that? *I have done this before. whee It is soooo boring. But so is the mushroom badge.....I have also met two People with a TCL of 180k+ who did not know how to buff check. How can you NOT know how if you claim to be that experienced?

---> Watch out for leechers. Oh you little slimy gits. What is a leech? A player who will join a crew, and not attack, but still earn drops and loots from the active crew kills. Leechers come in MANY forms.
All healing rings
All Buff rings
Low TCL
High TCL
In a house
with a mouse

Just don't do it. *Keep your crew panel open and watch health and stamina. No stam moving = leech. Low health = band aid now please.

I will update this at I go. Have anything you think should go here please pm me.
