cert requests
 fill out the form below to get your krokotas certed for the first time!
you need either a name or a nickname, but remember the naming rules.
You don't need both the full name and the nickname, but it's cool if you have both already picked out.
please link to images, and do not embed them in the thread with the [ img ] tag.
Just to keep things trim and tidy.
if your username is too long, a shorter version/nickname might be necessary.
