To Miss Alice Ladd,
The present letter is to inform you of our client's intent and wishes to sue you and your business known as 'The Windmill-Grindhouse - Bar and Strip club' for the various problems, troubles, dilemma and nuisances, both physical and psychological, brought upon the person of Keith Maximilian LeBlanc.
The poor management of both the staff and the business has brought arms to our client's son, and fellow client, Keith Maximillian LeBlanc, due to your carelessness. Everything could have been avoided under better administrations and for that reason, our client is holding you and your business responsible of the following acts upon the person of Keith Maximilian LeBlanc.
Physical harm brought upon our client by Walter Dolones while being a customer without prior physical assaults on our client's part.
Physical harm brought upon our client by Walter Dolones and Bela James while being part of the staff during a shift without prior physical assaults on our client's part.
Physical harm bought upon our client while being part of the staff while being off his shift by Walter Dolones and Pip Bernadetto.
Emotional trouble due to stress caused by the various acts of Pip Bernadetto, Walter Dolones and Bela James.
Psychological trouble due to the work environment leading to an increase amount of stress causing harm to his social interaction.
Psychological damage due to the work enviroment leading to our client to cause damage on his own person.
Psychological damage due to the work environment leading to our client to cause damage on his own person, leading to a threat to his own life.
The Romance between Owner and Manager, Alice Ladd and employee Pip Bernadetto, leading to poor management and clouded judgement having affected the work area, bringing emotional and social trouble to our client.
Nota Bene: The person of Bela James, having shown signs of guilt and remorse and having brought aid to our client Keith Maximilian LeBlanc is not to be accounted in any of those previous charges.
Considering the damages caused and the threat to the life of the person of Keith Maximilian LeBlanc, our client estimate to total damage value to come to $250 000.
Our client, however, is ready to drop all charges under the following conditions:
13% of the total charges as administration fees, being $28 761,06
