BUT WHY DO THE AMERICAN FIGHERS CONSIST OF A CRAZY BLACK GUY AND TO INCESTUOUS OVER-THE-TOP PRO WRESTELERS?

Actually, the way the American people in DOA act is the stereotypical view Japanese people have of how American people act...Tina, the busty blonde, is really...well..."Tina saikooo~!!!!" sweatdrop And Bass is really rowdy and Zack is a crazy black dude xp

Zack's not crazy, he's just active and has alot of energy, is it me or does almost every fighter (except Mortal Kombat and Soul Calibur) have some black guy thats like Zack? I think SF started it with DeeJay

He should speak for us. but that would make some of the characters quite boring, every fighting game needs some funny or lively characters

I personally think it's kinda fun to see the way other people view americans and I personally think that team ninja is more making fun of the stereotype than actually going along with it....lol why else would it be so blatently obvious. eek ??
hehe, but also, I think La Meriposa/Lisa (lol forgive me if I spelt it wrong...) is one of the cooler American characters. Her fighting style seems pretty awesome and her personality reminds me a bit of Lei-Fang...(her sort of playful tone in her voice I guess...)

The large number of asian characters would probably be because Tecmo is an asian company, and know how to make asian characters the best, and would naturally show some cultural bias towards them. The large number of Americans is to appeal to American gamers, and American culture is so prevalent, that it's fairly easy for the creators to emulate.
