Depends on what kind of deck you're running, since a lot of cards are only considered powerful in certain builds. Elemental Hero Absolute Zero is a powerful card, for example, but in a deck that doesn't use any Heroes or WATER monsters, it's pretty much useless.

one good level 4 is Gene-warped warwolf if your looking for cards good in any deck in general, he has 2000 atk 100 def level 4
um Enraged fire sprite is good also, but needs something like mist body on it, since it starts with 100 but can attack directly and then it gains 1000, and can continue to do so, but other then that it depends on deck

Using machinas has alot of big guys like machina fortress it can suicide with stardust then blow up something.

I think you hit all the "powerful" cards released already, however, pretty much none of these cards are actually very practical in reality. As of right now, none of them are used successfully on a competitive level.

As said above, depends on the deck you run. If it's an X-Saber deck, Darksoul, Hyunlei, and other good cards. If it's Infernities, Infernity Launch, and Infernity Archfiend along with the dragon card for Infernities.

As of right now, none of them are used successfully on a competitive level. Because no one ever figured out how to make a good deck around them or combos good enough to make a different.

As of right now, none of them are used successfully on a competitive level. Because no one ever figured out how to make a good deck around them or combos good enough to make a difference. Or maybe because other cards have a better, manageable resource than the listed. There's nothing to figure out; compared to what we have, there's nothing available to make them reach the stage you think possible for them.
