Zelt'zin could be a bit of a night bug at times. She liked to creep through the jungle at this time of the day and she loved to see the jungle at this time of the night, all of the plants came to life, all of the plants reflected off of the moon everything was quiet except for the other small creature of the night. She loved it so much, to her it was something to thank mother Eywa for she gifted them such because jungles. Jungles that they could call home and she loved it a lot. It was a blessing to be raised and be a part of such a beautiful place.
She trotted quietly a smile was on her face she stopped occasionally to smell something or take in the sight of something. Her mate was sleeping but at this time she couldn't bring herself to sleep, she was quiet the energetic lioness at times. She liked to go on adventures. She was going to the watering hole to get some water before she settled down but the trip to the watering hole always took the longest for her.
She picked up her pace some climbing her way over logs that have once been alive but now were adding new life to the area. She weaved through plants all of the movement and climbing was something that she was used to, many of the lions that were in the pride were all used to this kind of wandering.
At last she finally came to where she wanted to be, she was at the watering hole, her tongue was try and now she kind of wished she moved a little faster here but either way she can finally cool off her throat and wet her lips, the idea of it was very nice. She leaned over letting her chin touch the water before she started to lap the water up.

Bright green eyes pierced through the night, belonging to yet another appreciative soul of the night. His coat was darker than most, which allowed him to blend more; but it also made the small dots scattered over his body more prominent, and when he moved, it was as if hundreds of fireflies shifted through the air in a unified colony. His head bent under a low hanging tree branch, careful to not get his dark, black mane tangled in the accompanying vines. His steps brought him further into the light, as the path grew thinner in trees. He adored the blue glow the moon's lighting brought to the floor and flora at night. It was one of the things that brought his inspiration for his role, and so scenes like these after daytime were greatly cherished.
As his long strides took him through the territory, he knew that he would soon be at the watering hole, yet the path seemed new all the same. It had been a while since the event that changed their landscape for a good measure, but the lands were coming back to life, perhaps even better than before. It was the perseverance of his pride that kept the community together, building on each other's strength. There was much loss and much to do now as a consequence, but the dark blue lion was taking his responsibilities day by day, hoping to lay a stronger foundation for the future. He had watched over many budding plants earlier in the day, but tonight would be a time to relax.
When he reached the pool of water - the same pool that had been a reliable source of baths and thirst quenches since he was born - he murmured a thanks to Eywa, and to the life-bringing water, and dipped his face into the refreshing feeling.
He looked up after hearing something disturb the water, pondering who shared the same wandering nighttime enjoyment as he did. Perhaps not so surprisingly, it was Zelt'sin, an old friend and their spiritual leader. He smiled once after attracting her attention, bending over in a small bow.
"Zelt'sin. I am honored to be graced with your company tonight. I hope your days have been coming along well."

The lighter colored Na'vi was pretty preoccupied with the water in front of her she enjoyed the feeling of the water flowing down her throat, it was cool and tasted wonderful to Zelt. But she quickly noticed the figure of another near her she could smell her company and it brought her attention away from the water. She lifted her head licking the water off of her chin before she turned toward the other male and smiled softly. "I see you Tsteu." She acknowledged him with a nod. She shuffled back toward sitting down and leaning back on her haunches making herself comfortable. "As I am honored with yours."
"My days are coming along very well." She said thoughtfully before turning to him again and smiling brightly as a thought came into her mind. "I've been thrilled lately seeing everyone settle back into the pride." She shuffled her feet before sitting up a little more. "It is a relief to see things growing back." She stared up for a moment before speaking once more. "I think mother Eywa is soon to be amongst us once more. Her voice sounded hopeful but yet confident at the same time. She was a pretty confident lioness.
"And you?" She questioned. "How are your days going?" She was curious about her pride mates, she wanted to make sure that she knew they were appreciated and not just there she had heard of stories of other prides doing such and she could never see herself doing that.

"Always, sister Zelt'sin!" Tsteu chimed, always sporadically changing whether he formally greeted another or not, "And yes, a beautiful thing to watch are the plants growing from just tiny seeds. It's just a shame this is the cause of... destruction."
He bit his tongue, as it was rare for Tsteu to speak so solemnly and on graver matters. He usually was able to find some cheerful life to bring into the atmosphere. But the war had taken a toll on the whole community; perhaps it was all a matter of readjusting, and time healing.
His ears perked up at the mention of mother Eywa, but he waited until she asked him the same thing to reply.
"Day by day, sister Zelt'sin. I do miss my comrades and many of our lost brothers and sisters, but I have faith that they are at peace with Eywa. For that I am glad..." he trailed off, memories of the land before flooding his mind, yet Tsteu didn't let it completely distract him from the present; after all, he was in good company.
So Tsteu strode closer to Zelt'sin, eyes glimmering with bright curiosity and questions, "But wait, you think mother Eywa is coming? Have you seen her? What... What does this mean?"

Zelt'sin grinned before she looked at the male once again. "My mother used to always tell me that destruction was never as bad as it seemed. It gives everything a second chance at life." She looked down at the things below her feet it truely was a joy to see these things growing and become new once again. "Not onlt that but it gives the young ones a chance to see how life grows." She beamed she was one to stay on the positive side of things. She was never one to dwell on the bad for two long. When she found herself at the end of a tragedy and not only that but she then had to turn around and become a queen to a pride before she was fully aged she made sure to pick herself back up and get going once again. Not exactly because she had to but because she knew it was part of her job.
"Ah yes day by day." She said simple once again before looking up at the sky. "Mother Eywa has welcomed them into her loving arms. As she will with the rest of us." She nodded again before she continued to think She didn't like the loss of life that she had. However on the other hand she knew that it happened and it was something that they were all dealing with, she lost parents along with many others and they were all thrust into this new form of life. She could see that most of the pride was starting to cope and that was good however everyone was still adjusting.
She was then broken out of her distraction and her attention was back at Tsteu. "Ah! Yes I do." She nodded and then grinned again. "Well i haven't seen her in person quite yet. However! I have seen her in my prayers most recently. I's very pleasant actually." She turned toward him again and she smiled. "I think it's a good sign that everything is coming back together. It even appears that she wishes to join us at home once again." She nodded again looking at the male with a large grin, she was exciting and she knew that the pride would but, and tthat reminded her! "Oh! But do not say anything. You must not get the pride all excited and in a hysteria. We all know mother Eywa doesn't want that."

Tsteu simply stared at Zelt'sin in appreciative awe - despite the fact that she had to take the throne at a younger age than normal, she was always reliable for wisdom and guidance. That was why she was their leader - he nodded warmly to her words, taking them in fondly. It wasn't too positive - it was just all too true. It was just hard for Tsteu to miss all of his fallen comrades.
"You have seen her in your prayers!" he exclaimed, surprised yet the beginnings of excitement rose in his chest.
"I can imagine! That sounds mighty good for us, my sister. To have Eywa here with us, a beacon of purity to look to in our rebuilding of the pride... That is comforting to say the least," he replied, and then nodded to Zelt'sin's next words, "And ah, my sister, of course..."
He was rather touched that Zelt'sin decided to share this bit of information with him; it was doubtful Zelt'sin did not confide to Eytucan about this - this he was sure of, but to share with Tsteu? He was glad that despite Zelt'sin's rise to the throne, she still thought of him as a good and loyal friend. And that he was.
"You know that any knowledge is safe with me, always, sister Zelt'sin. As well, if you think we should plan on... preparing the setting of Eywa's arrival, let me know," he chuckled, "You know I always have new plans for any celebration in the lands."

Zelt'zin was happy to see his excitement when she talked to her, she was very happy to know a member was excited to know that she had seen the goddess. "Yes, Yes I have, I feel good things are upon us." She giggled very proudly before flicking her hair out of her eyes and then looking up at the sky. She was happy to be in this position to share such good news, it was a little troubling though. She was honestly hoping that the goddess was in fact coming soon. Zelt grinned at the male and then nodded at him before speaking once again. "It is very comforting, it takes a lot of pressure off of everyone, hopefully that means everyone can relax soon enough." She knew it took a lot of pressure off of her shoulders, she knew the pride was safe if the goddess was around, with out her she wasn't so sure of herself. She really just wanted the goddess to be back.
Zelt chuckled a little with the male before turning toward him and nodding with a grin from ear to ear. "If I say so myself, she said with a smile on her face before nodding to him. "Good, I'm glad it is safe with you." She smiled once again before turning toward him and then smiling. "I'm hoping a celebration comes very soon." She said very simply before making turning toward him once again. "I'm pretty sure that I'll need help and I'll make sure to come to you." she commented toward him again, she really knew that she would need help, things like that always needed an extra hand or two.

To all of Zelt'sin's words, Tsteu nodded; he understood exactly with her. The pride needed something to be there to make their hopes remain high, and that was Eywa. Everyone would start settling down again, relaxing, laughing and enjoying their life again... Even he would do the same. He breathed a sigh of relief as if it had just happened, a simple smile gracing his lips as he reflected on Eywa's coming.
"Relaxation... Ah, yes, that is what we all need. Speaking of, perhaps you should get some rest, sister Zelt'sin. I am sure Eytucan is moving about wondering where you are. I wouldn't want my brother thinking you were lost somewhere at night, now, would I?" he said with a shy smile, green eyes glinting in the moonlight.
"I'll go ahead and sleep myself after I make one last check on the plants I tended to earlier."

Zelt'sin looked at the male and then looked at the sky once again. "I do think that everyone will be much, much happier once she returns. I know I cannot wait until I can relax some. Everything will become a little easier, it will happen slowly but everything will get back to normal." What ever normal was. She hadn't seen normal in a while now. Nothing was exactly normal lately, she knew that it would be coming soon though. Before she knew it things would be back to normal. New litters would be around and then the only thing she would really have to worry about is raising a litter of heirs. Mostly one princess.
She paused for a moment and considered his words thinking about it for a moment and then nodding toward him. "You're right." She said with a small chuckle. "Eytu probably is looking for me." she laughed a little at the idea. "he worries about me too much some times but I love him." She said with a little giggle. "Good luck then!" She said to him before laughing a little once more. "Don't stay up to late!" She chuckled before turning around and starting to jump up to one of the trees and into the branches. "Have a goodnight!" She called out to him.

One of Tsteu's hearty chuckles filled the air as he watched Zelt'sin make her leaps into the trees and off - back to where she should have been sleeping for the night. Ah, it was good to bump into others around this time, when things seemed less hectic, a little more beautiful, and quite more tranquil.
It amused him to see his leader in such silly yet joyful and cheery behavior right before bedtime. By this, he knew that Zelt'sin would lead the Iknimaya to a greater, rebuilt future. They were... definitely in good paws.
"Good night, dear Zelt'sin, and may Eywa guide your following dreams."
