The warm sun soaked into Mzaliwaale'mwale's dark fur, making her feel lazy. She'd have settled in her den until it was cooler out, but there was so much to see. Though the Fire Nation had not been what her Aunt told her it would be, she could hardly see it as anything less than what it was: A great nation, in the in-between between a great war and a time of peace. Things would need to be rebuilt, allies reforged, before it could be the nation it once was. And the war would forever be a dark spot on the Fire Nation's history, but at least they were learning from their mistakes and moving onward with their lives.

Having met with a few members of the Fire Nation, Mwale now found herself wandering from the Fire Nation and in the areas between the clans, curiosity spurning her onward. She wanted to know how big the Arba'Sehemu truly was, and what made up the other nations. She toed the border between the Fire Nation and the empty space not claimed by another clan, before finally deciding to hell with it; what harm could come from exploring a little?

So she toed across that line and began walking, keeping her eyes open to all the things around her. There were a few creatures a distance to her left, but she paid them no mind once she noticed they were there, walking onwards. This was nice and peaceful.

What could intrude upon this peaceful walk?
