The area inside Tetekai stadium where participants sign up for upcoming tournaments, incredible fighters from all over the world come to join and spectate these tournaments. This stadium is this city's pride and joy.

"This machine works on a scale from 1 to 10,000" The man says, the machine stops blinking and buzzes "oh its done, ok lets see your base strength is 567, not bad pretty average for a fighter" he says as he writes it down "Well now the tournament is in a week good luck to you and remember no weapons are aloud" The man says as he bows in respect towards kenryu.
