yerp i got them i do ask that you read the rules after reading those answers bc there are some limits as so i didnt stae in the rules noo rinnagen?? and no uchiha to godmodish.we have some but its to complicated

I assume you mean Rasengan, and Uchiha.
In my old guild, the Rasengan was a Kage level skill and the Chidori (Lightening Blade) was a Jounin level skill. So I understand.

Oh right, forgot about him. But I get it, outrageous Jutsu and abilities of THAT nature are pretty unfair, I agree.
