Wait until you get a trading pass and use it to hold stuff, hoard, etc so you don't risk getting banned for illegitimate gold and items^^

Let's say I made a new Account.
And I don't have the Trading Pass.
Is it possible to Gift some Items to that Mule, or is for some odd reason, the Trading Pass still needed, for Gifting the Items?

You can still gift items to your mule. I do it all the time to new accounts if I'm impatient and want to dress them.

Yeah I kinda recently made a mule but I pretty much keep her in the same outfit to match her siggy but she has some extra stuff I can put on her.

I don't change my mules once they're dressed unless I stop liking the outfit. I just make a new mule for a new outfit.

And I don't know how to ghost things since they fixed the way I used to do it

Yeah, now you can only ghost EI's that you're wearing when they evolve or you can ghost items that you're wearing when they change. Like the original overseer skin- one of my mules has it on.
