History: Herman has lived a pretty average life, he just never was the type to settle down. He started getting into girls at around thirteen due to peer pressure and a few outside influences, but, instead of guilt and shame, the boy charged straight through his teen years going for skirt after skirt. He even kept a journal of his conquests – and still does, though how often he fills it out has started to slow over the years. At around thirty, after he finally decided to finish his college degree, he became a teacher. This lead to.. some rather peculiar circumstances, that ended in the principal's daughter, a fellow teacher, accusing the man of sexually harassing her. Confused and annoyed, his boss fired him and threw him out of the city school district, forcing him to ditch his eighteen-year-old career and move to find work elsewhere. That was when he met Gaston, who was looking to hire anyone that could help get such a backwards island up to speed again. Lucky for Herman, the guy only shrugged when he saw the accusations and allowed him to run the new school down in Sonata, which Herman took up gleefully.
