These are Sephardic proverbs.

Just let me in and I’ll make my own space.

Aboltar cazal, aboltar mazal.
A change of scene, a change of fortune.

Quien no sabe de mar, no sabe de mal.
He who knows nothing of the sea,
knows nothing of suffering.

Guay! cuando el amares favla
leshon hakodesh.
Beware when the ignoramus
starts quoting scripture.

Un buen pleito trae una buen paz.
A good fight yields a good peace.

Llagas untadas duelen ma no tanto.
Honorable wounds hurt, but not much.

Quien quere a la rosa,
no mira al espino.
Desiring the rose,
one overlooks the thorns.

Si no viene la hora del dios,
no cae la oja del arbol.
Without God's decree,
not a leaf falls from the tree.

El dios da la llago, y el da la medicina.
God inflicts the wound
& provides the medicine.

Tehillim 42, 8.

"Deep calls to deep
to the commotion of Your canals,
all Your billows and Your waves have gone over me.

By day Hashem will command his kindness, and in the night His resting place will be with me; my prayers to the Almighty of my life. I will say to the Almighty, my Rock, "why have you forgotten me? why do I go about mourning under the opression of your enemy?" Like the sword in my bones, and the taunts of my adversaries, by saying to me all the day "Where is your G-D?" Why are you cast down, my soul? and what do you yearn for me?"

Also this one amazes me each time I read it:
Tehillim 19. Magnificance of G-Ds creation and the glory of His Torah are proclaimed:

To the Cheif Musician, a Psalm of David.

The skies recount the glory of the Almighty, and his handiwork is related by the firmament. Day to day makes speech flow, and night to night expresses wisdom. There is no speech, and there are no words; their voice is never heard. Throughout the earth, their line extends, and to the edge of the inhabited world their words, for the sun He has set a tent in their midst, And it *the sun* is like a groom departing his bridal chamber, happy as a warrier to run on course. From one end of the skies is it rising, and its circuit is to their end; there is no escaping its heat, The Torah of Hashem is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Hashem, is trustworthy, making wise the simple (man). The precepts of Hashem is lucid, enlightening the eyes. The fear of Hashem is pure, it endures forever, the judgments of Hashem are true, they are righteous in unison. More desirable than gold; and sweeter than honey, or the dripping honeycombs. Even Your servant is careful of them, since they gaurd great reward. Errors, who can comprehend? From hidden (faults), clense me, Also from willful (sins) spare Your servant, let them not rule me, then I will be strong, and I will be cleaned of the gross transgression. May they be acceptable, the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart before you, Hashem, my Rock and my Redeemer."

15. Wicked man, do not lurk by the dwelling of a righteous man; do not plunder his resting place.
16. For a righteous man can fall seven times and rise, but the wicked shall stumble upon evil.
17. When your enemy falls, do not rejoice, and when he stumbles, let your heart not exult,
18. lest the Lord see and be displeased, and turn His wrath away from him.
19. Do not compete with evildoers; do not envy the wicked
20. for there will be no future for an evil one; the lamp of the wicked will flicker.
