Any ability that your RPC has on its profile that isn't Shikai or Bankai, that hasn't been explicitly approved of or trained for is not permitted.
Your Kidou Weave technique is essentially Shunko, which is obviously one of the skills that needs to be trained for. Squad 7 Captain
