Yup. A new one. Don't you just hate posting your character again? Well, I'm subjecting you to it again. Lucky you, I happened to think ahead. If you have a character here that you posted up and want to use, feel free to pop open the Crypt and find your old character in the Barracks, piled under a battle royale, some RP's that got nowhere, and a couple other things. As for me, I have a couple characters I want, so they get to be first.
Yay me.
Username: Hakabakashii
Name: Shinme Hakabakashii
Age: Appears to be around 20 to 25
Birthplace: Southern Japan, but immigrated at a very young age to Rome.
Race: Human. Sort of. It's kinda complicated.
Appearance: About 6' 1'', lean muscular build, Deep purple eyes, silver hair, usually wearing a white vest/button up shirt combo, white slacks, black boots and black gloves. Oddly pale for a guy who wanders all the time from town to town.
Skills/Powers: Good with guns, but has a preference to short swords or daggers. For martial arts, he is the master of the Flying Dragon school of Martial Arts, a blend of the many styles of martial arts he's learned and a heavy dose of bull, essentially weaponizing any movement he makes, including even accidents. Heightened regeneration, good reflexes and a form of pyrokinesis that allows for him to manipulate flames to be his own and create his own flames, always of a black or crimson coloring. The temperature, intensity, all of it is his to change. On top of this, his body seems to not even flinch to even some of the deadliest poisons and he always has enough alcohol in his blood system to kill a normal man twice over.
Personality: Generally laid back, but always up to do some fighting, Shinme will pick his fights if he can. And even though he doesn't like being totally over powered, he loves a challenging fight between him and an opponent.
History: Born in Japan during the beginning of the uprising of Oda Nobunaga, Shinme wished to be a warrior. But as a small family in the Shimazu clan, his parents were fearful that they would be killed. So they fled from the country, heading west. They were never accepted in any country they went to. China, India, various Middle Eastern countries, none of them would be even slightly accepting. Until they made it to Italy. They started their life anew in Rome, of all places. Shinme, a teen at this point in his life, wanted more than to just be a peasant farmer. His warring spirit wished for the fighting, the killing, the honor of being a warrior. He joined the Italian Military, and enjoyed it, even though he saw little action. His interest was starting to slip when he discovered a small cult to a deity known as The Living Saint. They were a brotherhood devoted to a warrior deity, doing his god's work as a divine crusader until he was slain in battle, but not by the enemy, by his god, for being too mighty. Within three days, his men were preparing his burial when he awoke, as if merely sleeping. His sword was glowing with a dark aura, black and crimson flames swept around him as he rose and cursed the divines for trying to slay him. Long story short, this caught Shinme's attention. He joined the Brotherhood, and was determined to be a Blessed Chosen of the Saint. He was to share part of his body with the avatar of the Living Saint. He wanted this, and went through the ritual. The pain and torment he felt lasted for fifteen days. When he finally felt good enough to walk on his own, he went and spoke to the elders, or the Original Five (the Saints greatest warriors), and was told the truth of his powers. The regeneration, the pyrokinesis, all of it. He was also told he would hear the Saint's guiding voice as if it were his conscience. This is where he drew the line on the powers. As a Blessed one, he was free to roam and do as he pleased, unfettered by the rules and guidelines of the brotherhood. He could hear the Saint trying to change him, shape his motions, make him into a perfect good guy/ god slayer. Shinme just wanted the god killer. He found his way into a bar, swearing that he'd read somewhere that the Saint never drank alcohol, and drank until he couldn't hear the saint. Since then, he's near always kept himself at a steady buzz, steadily needing more and more over the hundreds of years of wandering and drinking.
Pros: Damn hard to knock out, let alone kill. Brew master, unaffected by poisons, highly skilled in assassination techniques and pure fighting whether with blades or bullets, will occasionally be possessed by the Saint.
Cons: Needs to drink a lot of alcohol, mood will shift at somewhat random from fun loving to sociopathic, will occasionally be possessed by the Saint.
Gear/weapons: Two onyx short swords (13 1/2 in blade length) two onyx plated .50 cal desert eagle handguns, and a moderately sized silver flask which seems to be a portal to the alcohol dimension, always giving Shinme a different drink as he feels.

Oh yeah.. Use whatever format you want, this is just the format from the Gaia Mercenary League, where I copy pasted my characters out of. Cause I'm lazy.
Name: Alex Kristoff
Age: He can't remember, but he looks about 22.
Race: Human
Physical Description: 5' 7" kind of gaunt, but still somewhat muscular. His face is near always covered in a short, scraggly beard, his hair is about 2 inches long, and while it's a darker shade of brown, his beard is a fiery orange with touches of gray. His eyes and expression tend to seem confused about what's happening, but show a hint of him knowing everything that's going on and what needs to be done.
Gear: He can usually be found wearing some what tattered robes, giving off the look of a priest who's been all over and has yet to stop. His staff is the only thing he seems to care for. It's slightly taller than him, coming in at 5'10", with small gold caps on either end. The center of it also has a gold ring, seemingly dividing the pole. Not too far from the truth, given the pole does separate into two smaller sticks.
Powers: Alex is a spiriter. He manipulates the spirits around him, whether they're dead or still alive. Should he make contact with someone through touch, whether by hand or staff, he can remove their spirit temporarily and place it somewhere else. They'll get better after long enough. Usually only a day. Usually. There is a drawback, of course.. He's a high level esper, but only in one sense of it. Once he's interacted with a spirit, he doesn't stop interacting with it. When close enough to a person he's 'touched' he tends to hear their thoughts, whether he wants to or not. thus causing a level of schizophrenia unseen in any others, save the Martian Man-Hunter in his little fits. But when around strangers, there are only five. The two souls in his staff's halves, Byakko and Suzaku, the White Tiger of the West and Vermilion bird of the South. Then there are the Three Amigos, one of which has three voices in his head that speak in Japanese, one of which has three more voices who speak in another language, so on and so forth until finally it loops back around to English. The full loop is English (Alex), Spanish, Japanese, German, Korean, French, Vietnamese, Kenyan, Indian, Thai, Polish, Arabic, Russian, Egyptian, then finally back to Alex in English. The theory is that somehow his ESP allows him to tap into his spirit in another dimension where he speaks in Spanish, but is otherwise the same. The loop continues all the way around back to him. And it drives him insane. Well, sorta. Kinda hard to get more insane. Finally, summoning. But that'll get added at the bottom. In short, He can take the staff, split it, and call on one of the two spirits, Byakko or Suzaku.
Background: Well, there isn't much. Alex became a spiriter because it was a family tradition. Of course, it wasn't tradition for him to be absolutely bouncing off the walls insane, but it's a risk you take when you spend your life interacting with spirits when you father was a spiriter and your mother was a high level medium. Though his last group he was with was a spirit from the shadow dimension and a man who could reject reality. There is one more thing. When he has enough alcohol in him (Which isn't much, to be honest. Maybe one shot or two beers..) he loses touch with the voices, save Byakko and Suzaku. When this happens he tends to become less insane, more of a p***k. This is the true Alex, or at least what he would've been if his mother were simply a housemaid or something.
Likes: Suzaku and Byakko, but Suzaku more for obvious reasons. Food, sleeping alone, being around new people.
Dislikes: Most towns he's been to, alcohol, getting touched by people unexpectedly, getting told what to do, and high level spirits.
Now for the summons.
Byakko. A 6'10" half Tiger humanoid who's nearly a ton of muscle and fighting spirit, Byakko tends to tell Alex to tear people up and fight his way through things. When summoned, he's one of the fiercest fighters around. All he needs is his claws, teeth and indomitable spirit to hurt to rip through his opponents. His element is steel, and he uses it. There is no cutting this guy, but he still gets hurt. It just takes magic or alternate forms of violence.
Suzaku. Coming in at about 5'8", made of the fiery orange and vermilion feathers of a phoenix and the drop dead sex appeal of the greatest beauties in all of history, Suzaku is more than a pretty face. She's got a short sword, and knows how to use it. Her skin, even though you want to touch it, will be hot enough to burn if she wants it to. Even though she could burn her way through most opponents, she prefers to cut them or hang off of Alex. But he still summons her regardless. Mostly for the reason of eye and arm candy.
