wahmbulance All of the venom's are actually real, the name of them is the name of the spider it is based off of. biggrin
Name of poison/drug/potion: Black Widow
What's it do: Attacks your nervous system.
How to make: Heats her blood to a boiling point, lower the heat to medium and simmer it for five minutes before removing it from the heat and let it cool. Afterwords it's divided into vials she keeps on her belt. (Figured if it was made for her blood, you'd understand that she couldn't have large samples of it all the time. Possibly carrying anywhere from two to three vials at a time.)
Sample: To get it into the bloodstream of her victims she'll lace her finger claws in the poison, and attempt to cut through the flesh. Once in the bloodstream withing a matter of minutes is raises your heart rate and your body temperature. It can also cause muscle pains and dizziness/confusion, yet the venom wears off after three hours. The only time it ever becomes a deadly poison is if you were to get up to half a vial in your system. The cure is massive amounts of Calcium (In any form), though it doesn't cure the symptoms, it just makes it non-deadly. ---------------------------------------------------- Name of poison/drug/potion: Brown Recluse
What's it do: Flesh eating virus.
How to make: Extracted from the Brown Recluse Spider and stored. Carries a quarter of a vial at a time, seeing that the spider is rare.
Sample: Just a small splash of the venom attacks at your skin and begins to eat it away, causing an automatic infection that turns the skin black as it falls off. It infects the touched areas, and one to two inches spread from the touched areas. Non lethal, unless swallowed or injected into vein (Such as a needle of some sort, seeing that she can't put this on her claws, seeing that it could infect her as well.) No cure, to her knowledge. (If you can think of something fancy to be the cure, I'll take it. I figure I might need one sine it's so brutal.) -----------------------------------------------
Name of poison/drug/potion: St Andrews Cross
What's it do: Mild local pains, hardly lethal.
How to make: Also extracted from the spider, though this one isn't as rare.
Sample: Like the Black Widow poison, she can place the venom on her claws and try to infect her prey by a cut. The venom cannot seep through skin, it MUST be in some type of open wound. After infected, the venom gives you the sensation that your skin is 'on fire' for about forty minutes. No cure.

Name of poison/drug/potion: Blue ring
What's it do: Once the poison enters the bloodstream, effect takes immideant action. It takes several minutes before death settles in if not treated right away. The poison shuts down sight and causes swelling in the throat, making the victim unable to speak or swallow. Several minutes later target is paraylzed and incapable of breathing, causing death.
How to make: Capture and extract the saliva from a blue-ringed octopus. This is dangerous and therefore must kill the creature, trying not to get bit yourself.
Sample: Once the saliva gets into the body, within seconds the victim's vision will become blurred as if they were heavily drunk. Seconds later, blindness ensues. A minute or so later the victim loses their sense of touch, and then becomes incapable of speaking or swallowing. After three minutes, the victim becomes paraylzed and incapable of breathing. The cure? There is no cure, only treatment. The only treatment known as hours of heart massaging and artificial respiration until the poison has worked its way out of the body.
((this is from an actual creature as well. To make it more fair I can put this in post periods and slightly extend the time for fairness?))

Name of poison/drug/potion: Sunshine in a bag
What's it do: a little peace of a Lumichit rays has increased, lighten up so brightly as the sun. The Inside of a sack/bag well blocked out the blinding light to your eyes and keep the rays that making it brightness. The shining Lunichit can blind anyone that may get a glimpse of it's shining light for 3 post (Kiranu, Vampirisim, Lycanthropy, 4 Post). The Brightness can only last as much as it can, being out side of the bag. The brightness can only last to 3 Post out side of the bag, then it lost it's brightness for good and it well be just a simple stone.
How to make: 1 Lumichit, smother it with 1/3 cup of Zertish oil, add energy to it, then you'll soon notice the brightness on the Lumichit starts to grow. Quickly tie it onside a un-see-threw bag to avoid the blindness and keep it's light.
Sample: Pix closed her eye's and open her little pouch that suddenly seeping out beams of bright light. Dogs was yelping of the burns of theirs eye's as they couldn't help from to see what it was. Pix closed the pouch and the the bright light was cut off short. Everyone's eyes was still fuzzy and still unable to see from it. Pix open her eyes seeing that her trick as work and ran away.

@chill: Why would this effect vampires, kiranu, and lycans more? Their eyes aren't whats better, but their other senses. Also am I right to assume that if you only used this for one post, then this poison can be used three times before it runs out?

Also am I right to assume that if you only used this for one post, then this poison can be used three times before it runs out? Yes, your right. Just by pulling out the stone out to use the effects would be grates, but it runs out even been putted back in the bag would be just a wast if you wanted to save as much as you can. It's works more on those guys because their more sintivat to light sins their eyes works so well in the dark. Like in their weakness in the lest, they aren't so fon to the bright light that can blinded them. Defiantly vampire sins the sun can weaken them. >.>

Name of poison/drug/potion: Bottled Flare
What's it do: creates a light as powerful as a 140 watt bulb, cannot be used to burn anything that would be labeled as flammable. Pouring 1/4 out gets you 2 posts of light, 1/2 gets you 4, 3/4 gets you 6, and all of the potion will give you 8 posts of light.
How to make: ♈ First you acquire the correct ingredients such as Granite, Sulfur, and Zertish oil. ♈ You then boil three(3) quarts of water in a five(5) quart pan at 350 degrees. ♈ Add the ingredients and begin stirring for five(5) minutes, cover and let stand for 25 minutes. ♈ You now have your potion.
Sample:
Luri was standing in a room so dark, when he put his hand right up to his face to where he was actually touching his nose he could not see it. Luri began feeling down his bottles until he came to the third bottle down on his left side of his right thigh, the bottle would be labled, Flare (Light), If Luri could see in the complete darkness. Luri carefully took the lid off the bottle and poured out 1/10 of the contents onto the floor, in moments the room began to light up as bright as the sun would be if it was shining into the room at noon. Luri, quite pleased with the successful test, walked out of the room to begin researching more potions to make.
((I used this potion in my talent so I just thought it would be right to actually make is 'real'.))

I would expect that the less of the potion you use, the dimmer it gets. So essentially you would make quite a big distraction with this potion, while also making a 'natural torch' by putting it on a stick.

Unrelinquished Despair I would expect that the less of the potion you use, the dimmer it gets. So essentially you would make quite a big distraction with this potion, while also making a 'natural torch' by putting it on a stick. Quite right, the more you pour, the brighter the flare, and like I said, it can't catch anything on fire, nor can it be put out by any water means. It sticks to whatever it touches first (the inside of the bottle is covered with an anti glue type mixture so it doesn't work in the bottle, only when it gets out of the bottle. It's actually quite handy to have as it is an easy clean up, it evaporates when all it's energy is extinguished. SO, pouring 1/4 out gets you 2 posts of light, 1/2 gets you 4, 3/4 gets you 6, and all of the potion will give you 8 posts of light.
