How many characters can I make?
-There is no set limit on how many characters you can have. However, you need to be reasonable about it and base it on how active you are. If you post every day all the time, you can have more than if you just post once every 3 weeks.

Should I make a boy or a girl? Should it be straight, gay or bisexual?
-It's up to you, however, there is a gender/sexuality ratio here. We would like to keep everything as evenly as possible, but once again, it's all up to you.

How does time works? Is there a Calender? What about seasons?
-The RP calender will be of 4 seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) each having around 30 days. 1 day in real life is equal to one day in RP time. However, a time paradox are welcome. Let's say that Yoakim and Kade are talking in the Salon on the First of Spring. Their discussion last 4 real life days, but only 1 role playing day. The rest of those 3 days just were uneventful for them.

Talking about a time paradox, can we make our characters more than one place at the same time?
-Yes, you can. Since a discussion can get lengthy in one thread, you character can be somewhere else and make it "An other day". Just don't go crazy with it. I don't want to see 20 Kade's roaming Nirvani island! If something is wrong, we'll PM you and tell you, no hard feelings.

How do festivals works?
-Everything about festivals is explained here.

My character's birthday is coming up! Can I make a party in the festivals?
- No, Festivals are for Festivals only and maybe some special events later on. If you want to make a party or anything like that, you should do it in the normal Role Playing Threads.

How do I know if my character's pregant? How does it works? When will I know the gender?
-Everything about pregnancies is explained here. As for the gender, your character can learn it (if they choose too) midway through.

What about sickness? Do we get sick?
-Yes, your characters will definitely get sick. You will receive PMs every once in a while telling you that one of your character caught or is catching something. If you've been doing the naughty, you might also get an STD. Nothing major will be inflicted to you, however. You do not have to worry. If you DO want your character to develop something major, you should PM FantasyFollower to explain it to her. She'll be in charge of keeping track of the diseases.

Do we have a money system?
-No, we do not. Just make it reasonable. If your character is a hobo, there's no way he should be able to afford a car.

Can we call other characters?
-Yes, you can. You should post the call in the thread where the one who is getting the call is (Their house, business, etc).

So, uhm... Timeskips?
-Yes, there will be timeskips. They will always happen at the end of the year, making the next one happen in the future. The crew will decide when they will happen. The two main reason of them happening will be a) Things are slowing down too much or b) The island is getting overrun by babies and children. However, while we will be the one deciding if there's a skip or not, the length of it will be left to the members. A poll will be made, asking if you want a timeskip of 2,3,4 or 5 years. After everyone has voted, an other poll will be made, this time with only the top two votes of the previous one. The one with the most vote will be the length we will be doing.

What's the legal age in Nirvani?
- From 14 till 17 you can only have sex with someone 4 years older than you. At 18, you can bang whoever you want, as long as it's human. Smoking/Drinking/Stripping/Clubbing is also 18

Where is Nirvani? What Country is it part of?
- Nirvani is situated somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, between Europe and North America. Around 45degreeN, 45degreeW. Being in international water and "legally" Gaston, the island rules as it's own little country.

Are [insert weapon name] legal?
- No, guns, or any other kind of weapons are illegal in nirvani. Not just carrying around, but also possicetion of it. Now, of course, if your character chose to have one, we cannot stop them. Just don't complain if they get thrown in jail because of it. (Cops can have guns).

How can I tell what season it is?
- Considering every four months = one year, we do end up having a monthly cycle of sorts to determine what season it is. The following is a list of seasons and the months that fall under it for reference.

Winter
April, August, December

The day corresponds to the current real life date. It's the 27th where I am, so it's the 27th in the roleplay. You just have to keep track of the seasons, but you can tell by looking at the festivals and the timeline. It's currently summer, so July will be Fall, August will be Winter, September will be Spring, etc etc. Therefore, the date is Summer 26/27, depending on your time zone.

The weather is posted in the newspaper, though usually only if it's going to be unusual, like rain or a heatwave, so unless the newspaper says what the weather's going to be like, you can just assume it's typical to the season.
