Atop a mighty mountain peninsula in the mountains of the eastern continent is a grassy plains surround a circle of stones, almost exactly like Stonehenge, but in the middle, there is a massive pyramid, and above it, the tear. The tear of worlds is a tear between the dimensions of worlds, the other Final Fantasy realms, and a few more. Sometimes, a devastated San Fransisco, modern day, can be seen through it, filled with gargoyles. this is where beings from many worlds come through to this one, for reasons tied to the lifestream, mako, Midgar, and almost everything on this planet. No creatures from this world are normally found here, instead, creatures from other worlds are constantly arriving, some dangerous, some not.

Arcene walks towards one of the stones arranged around the pyramid, tracing a finger along the small runes carved along it, eroded away in the stonehedge of the future. "A convluence of this power, no wonder there is a tear." He mutters to himself, looking out among the rolling grass and wild flowers. It was a beutiful sight for him, when the normal veiw had always been a barren, lifeless landscape, littered with the ruins of mankinds once great empire. he slowly walks out into the feild of grass, surrounded on every side by life. this place was so different from all the others, so rich with life. it was... strange.

Arcene appears suddenly in a swirl of dark fog that disperses, giving an eerie but interesting effect. He looks up towards the pyramid on the center of the peninsula, in the middle of stonehedge, or, the structure like stonehedge. He walks inside the pyramid, his armored boot's sounding and echoing off the walls before he sits in the exact center of the pyramid, crosslegged, as he starts tapping that wristwatch like device. Suddenly, a holographic screen and keyboard come up, which he starts typing on one handed, the keystrokes echoing ever so slightly through the pyramid.

(Oh dont worry, it can vary lot's. like the entrance though.)

Arcene, upon hearing the thunderclap's, touch's the watch, causing the holographic screen and keyboard to disappear. Then he stand's, the same basic effect as back at the northern crater, seeming to just kind of drift upward's, his legs sliding into place underneath him, creating yet another creepy and intimidating effect, although it was an entirely mundane trick, simply involving a lot of lower body strength. for him it had become natural, as it kept his hands free for other thing's, which most often in his life were shooting or other forms of combat. He hadnt led a peaceful life, unfortunatly, but he had learned to survive what he had lived. Of course, he had certain... extra resources that most people didnt have. He slowly walks to the door leading into the pyramid, looking outward's for the source of the disturbance.

(Um, there';s the tear floating above a egyptian pyramid, surrounded by a stone hedge assembly. all through there is lush green, thriving grass and wild flower's. And it is about a half a mile or so circle before a sharp drop ooff, so yes, its all one big cliff I guuess.)

Arcene's eyes were drawn to a flicker of movement in his periphiral vision, but when he looks, it is gone. He slowly moves back inside the pyramid, ready to come out killing. Had hojo found him already, or was it someone else?

Arcene was sitting down back where he had been, looking for all the world like he was meditating, although his eyes were open behind the helmet and under the hood, looking towards the entrance, ready and waiting.
