After that fiasco yesterday and the losing departure of one of our dearest members, I can't help but seeing how the guild is starting to crumble. Sure, I admit it's putting us in the dark mood, but is this really the end of our beloved guild?
Sure we have our drama llama, disagreement, and distrust from here to there, but haven't we gotten over them before? Didn't we patch ourselves and got over the dark side that clouded us? So what's going to stop us from getting over this BS?
I don't know about you and the crew, but I refuse to let the guild die over this drama llama. In fact, I'm not the only one who refuses to let the guild die. Take Joshua for example for his amazing thread below:
http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/test-forum/things-that-need-to-be-said-for-fef-s-sake/t.65143971/?_gaia_t_=616This member is willing to help trying to patch the guild up. So if he can do it, so can I. Sure, I admit I have some flaws I need to work with. However, that doesn't stop me from wanting to help the guild to live and survive. In fact, the reason I have been chosen as crew is because of my helping to the guild.
So if you have any suggestions of how both the crew and members can communicate better, post your thoughts in Joshua's thread or here. If you have any suggestions of how to help the guild, then please inform us. And if there's an issue that we crew needs to change, then copy the questions from this
thread and send it to Amelia. And while you're evaluating the crew, PLEASE write it in a rational explanation and throw in a suggestion of how should we need to improve ourselves.
I admit that we all have flaws, but we're humans. So let's rescue our guild. Because after all, Together, We Ride.
