I didn't get anything accomplished. Honestly.
Let's see,
-I quit gaia, got back on a month later,
-Figured out that my child actually sucked,
-I didn't see any bands play live (WTF)
-Some personal s**t went down (I hate personal s**t)
-I worked on upping my musical career. I got three gigs. Wow.
Goddamn, this summer sucked.

Shut up about your childhood, that's the lamest whiniest drivel ever. Unless you were abused or something, then you're forgiven.
Anyways, this summer's been awesome. :D
- Amanda Palmer kissed me.
- I saw Tori Amos live, right near the front.
- Dutch friend came to stay for a whole week.
- I saw my girlfriend more than the odd day or two every couple of months.
- Days of lazing around just playing/writing songs without it being serious.
- I haven't had to go all the way to uni just to practise on a real piano.
- My parents are buying me a new phone.
- I went to the zoo.
Soooo there.

i've seen 20 shows, made a bunch of new friends, figured out more about what i want to do with my life, had several random hookups, went to many parties, strengthened friendships, got my own place, bought lots of records, bought lots of other s**t, rock climbed a lot, ran a lot, biked a lot, ate lots of delicious food, and i don't regret any of it.

I got my wisdom teeth removed...got vicodin...injured my shoulder badly and got more vicodin...friend was prescribed tramadol, was allergic to it, so gave it to me and my wife...
So I've been mostly migraine free this summer! No migraines = good
I haven't finished any of the musical projects I've started in the past couple months, but I will one of these days. Other than that, I've been out enjoying the weather and taking pictures, which I need to upload. I've had plenty of suck this summer (mostly involving my day job and lack of money screwing up plans for us to move into a bigger apartment/better ourselves), but stresswise it's been pretty easy.
On another note, Dave's Insanity Sauce is the s**t, try it if you enjoy spicy stuff!

Today sucked.
I went to the gym and some a*****e was using every ******** 45lb plate, so I was trying to deadlift using 400lbs of 35 places, which are much shorter and make DL's way harder.
Then I went to squats. They don't have a squat rack or power cage, they just have a ******** smith machine. I'm real tall and when I use a smith, I fall back and my legs buckle pretty much trapping me under the bar and I have to semi-OHP/snatch it up.
So I was trying to do 350 on it, I ended up getting pinned three ******** times, so I pulled it off and tried it like ten times with just 100lbs on it till I felt like I was doing it less wrong, then racked back up to 300 and did it like a champ. I think I could do 350 on it or maybe 375, I'll have to see. I also didn't get to go over a 400lb deadlift because I didn't feel like unracking it all and then putting on the 45lb plates and then unracking it again after like two lifts.
Depressing.
Well back to cutting, i've lost two pounds this week.
