Set aside for the personal enjoyment of the Captains and Lieutenants, the hot springs is a well-maintained place of relaxation. To get there, one would simply ascend a staircase in Seireitei and enter a wooden building that served as the changing rooms. One would need identification of being a Captain or Lieutenant to get by the two guards on-duty. There is a men's area, a women's area, and a mixed area. Towels are provided in the changing room.
High-ranking officers usually use this place to socialize or rest their bodies and minds. Use it how you see fit.

Tadashi Sakamoto
2nd Division Captain Entering the Hot Springs area, Tadashi found to his great satisfaction that it was deserted. The guards already knew his face and didn't even bother asking for identification. They were looking quite bored with their lives, but then they were needed to keep out lower ranks to the exclusive zone.
Shedding his clothes and donning a towel in the men's changing room, he went to the mixed area (since it was the smallest and more private) and made himself comfortable in the significantly warm mineral waters of the hot spring. He relaxed for about a minute before pursing his lips and issuing a sharp whistle. Immediately, a woman dressed in the standard uniform for special ops appeared. She was one of the people he'd assigned to the punishment squad, his own personal commando unit. "Mai, how are the current tails faring?" he asked, closing his eyes and enjoying the bath.
"Taicho, all the units watching the selected Captains report nothing out of the ordinary. One or two suspect that a Captain is aware of their presence, though they assure us there is no significant evidence," she reported. Mai, like the other punishment squad members, was trained both to be strong in battle and strong in mind. She seemed not to mind the Captain was nude and in the springs, and if she did, there was no outward sign of this. She was, after all, one of the two attendants he always kept close by in case he needed a message sent or a scene scoped out.
"Let me venture to say that the two who believe their Captains are on to them are Masashi and Soth? Hmph, it does not matter...in any case, I want Linus to locate and tail the Captain of squad 5 from now on. I no longer see the need for Linus to continue his current assignment, and his skills would be better suited for this," continued Tadashi, opening his eyes to stare the woman in the face to see that she got the message. Mai nodded and flash-stepped out of sight.

Tadashi Sakamoto
2nd Division Captain Tadashi only had to wait a little over ten minutes before Mai returned. However, to his surprise, she was also being accompanied by Linus. "I take it something is wrong?" asked Tadashi, looking from Linus to Mai and finding their blank faces somehow a bit nervous about something. Linus was the one that answered.
"I went to the 5th Division barracks to keep an eye on the Captain as you commanded...but he wasn't there," reported Linus with a worried tone in his voice. Tadashi raised an eyebrow. "And? Perhaps he's simply not at his division," offered Tadashi. Mai shook her head.
"Taicho, he was using a Kido to simulate his spiritual signature. He's not in the Seireitei anymore, though we have people searching for him already," she added. Tadashi's eyes darkened for a moment before he made a hand signal to the two that he was getting out of the springs. They got the message and turned around while Sakamoto made himself decent with the towel he'd brought. "So, a Captain's gone rogue...or perhaps a simple errand elsewhere? Either way...it is unauthorized, and grounds for punishment." Tadashi was more talking to himself than to Mai and Linus now. He went to the changing room and threw on his clothes, ignoring the fact that he was soaked wet.
"Mai, gather the punishment squad and prepare a Senkaimon at the barracks. Also be sure to alert Haruko of this development. Linus, you and I will report this to the 1st Division immediately."
There were two nods exchanged and three flash-steps done simultaneously. The Omnitsukido was now at work.

Hina Hitsumori
Squad 8 Captain Hina entered the hot springs area. The her long green hair and Haori were a dead give away of who she was so she had no problems with the guards. Getting changed in the ladies changing rooms she wraps a towel around herself before venturing into the steamy area, making her way to the mixed area. Walking through the steam she stands on the edge of the pool and reemoves her towelslipping into the warm waterm and sighing in content as the water soothes her body. Closing her eyes and leaning her head back against the rock she relaxes, keeping her senses perked though. Kari appears beside her, her long white hair mixing with Hina's "this place is nice"

2nd Division Captain As was his weekly ritual, Tadashi strode into the Hot Springs building after recieving two simultaneous nods from the guards. Sakamoto frequented the Hot Springs more than anyone else, so he was certainly a familiar sight to them. Perhaps the other Captains and Lieutenants were unaware of the baths existance? It couldn't be that they were caught up in their work load - the reason why being that no Captain had as much to do as the 2nd Division's. After all, Tadashi was the head of the Omnitsukido and the 2nd Division's fighting force. What this meant was in addition to what regular Captains did with their own divisions, Tadashi also did with the added burden of the Omnitsukido on his shoulders. It was nice to take a break and come down here, especially since he only required about a half-hour soak before going back to work.
He breezed past the changing room without much thought, his hands somewhat robotically pulling his clothes off and dropping them to the ground. His mind was still preoccupied with the recent events regarding the defection of the 5th Division Captain and the short-lived invasion of this 'Kumori' in the Seireitei. As per usual, he simply grabbed a towel and went into the mixed area. He didn't see the 8th Division Captain already there until he got close, but didn't much care. After all, it was "mixed" for people who didn't care about whatever else gender was in the bath at the same time. Tadashi merely went into the mixed area from personal preference of the more enclosed space as opposed to the male area's.
He walked right into the waters with only a slight grimace at the heat and allowed his body and mind to relax. Suddenly, for whatever reason that he actually noticed it, he felt a very small spike of spiritual pressure coming from somewhere behind him, around where Mai and Soth (his two attendants) were. Shrugging it off as nothing, he continued to soak in the waters.

Squad 8 Captain Hina notices another spiritual pressure approaching and, opening one golden eye, sees the 2nd division captain making his way to the mixed area. Hina also noticed a spike of spiritual pressure from the direction of the changing rooms.

Haruko strode in casually, he had to show the guards proof of his status before they would allow him entry. He had never been to the springs before, but he wanted to go in, and see iff they were any good, even iff just for socializing. He passed through the changing room, and out the mix door. He really had no real reason to pick any room as opposed to another. There was just something about the idea of a bunch of nude guys all in the same area that he just didn't like.
Haruko casually walked to the springs, and entered the water, sitting slowly so he could acclimate himself to the heat as he sat. He could see two people from where he was, one was his captain, and the other was probably captain Hina, of course he had never met her, but her file stated that she had long green hair, so it was a well educated guess that it was her.
"Hello Captains" Haruko said casually as he relaxed in the water, stretching his arms and legs "must be nice to have a day like this where there is actually time for relaxation"

2nd Division Captain Tadashi watched as Haruko went into the springs. His brow twitched and he was tempted to tell the Lieutenant that the reason Sakamoto was even in the baths was because he could count on the Lieutenant to take care of business until he returned to the division. Still, he didn't feel like bringing it up in his comfort zone, so he closed both his eyes and leaned back on a rock.
"Mph..." was the Captain's grunt as a response to Haruko's question.

Haruko shuddered a little, he knew that grunt, he got it whenever he did something that bothered his captain. He decided to just lay back, and ponder what he could have done that would bother him so much. He pondered, and pondered. Everything was going smooth in the squad, the officers were leading the workouts, all of his paperwork was done, and in. There was just no reason for his captain to be bother at him resting. Haruko decided to just shrug it off, and chill in the hot springs, he knew iff anything came up he would be notified. "yeah, it is quite the mph day isn't it"

2nd Division Captain Tadashi opened one eye and stared at Haruko from its corner with a demonic glare. "Don't get smart with me." He was already in a foul mood, and Haruko was starting to make him consider using his Ketsueki Sakushi ability on the Lieutenant to teach him some respect. Still, that was a bit much, and all Sakamoto wanted was some peace and quiet (or at least some intelligent conversation).

 Haruko sat up to the remark "hey, I am not getting smart, I am just trying to start conversation, I am here to think mostly, you have been n a non-stop foul mood ever since the squad 5 captain disappeared" Haruko said as his voice grew more noticeably angry. He then stopped himself when he noticed he was on the verge of yelling. "I am just as bothered by this as you, every day I sit in my office thinking about the situation, but there is never any peace in there, because of all the men goofing off I can never think, and when they are not goofing off I get bored due to the lack of fun in there, its not possible to calmly just contemplate in there" Haruko then had to stop himself again, and take some cool down breaths "I am here because while here, I will not be bothered by idiotic pranks, and stupid questions, I got up early today, I finished my paperwork, and briefed the officers before I left. Now that I know everything in the squad is cool, except for us, I am here to think, what will I do next, how did this get by me, why does my captain always snap at me simply because I don't get as openly furious about things." Haruko then sank back down into the water, and closed his eyes. He simply wanted to get along, and have a decent friendship with his squad members, captain included. He was losing hope that he would ever gain that. As it would seem, the fact that Haruko0 never openly shows any negative emotion about things was a bother to his captain. Hopefully this little speech would let him understand that Haruko does indeed take this seriously, and that it is indeed possible to break his naturally calm demeanor.

2nd Division Captain Tadashi closed both his eyes again, barely listening to the Lieutenant. Pranks? His men? Not likely. Even so, the Lieutenant was talking back to him, and he couldn't have that. Damn Vizard Shinigami was getting mouthy again. He snapped his fingers. Instantly, Mai and Soth appeared.
"Out," said Sakamoto. There was two simultaneous nods at the order and both the Punishment Squad members flash-stepped to either side of Haruko, lifting him up out of the baths by his arms. Soth whispered something in his ear that Tadashi didn't quite catch (which was "Resist and you'll experience the famous torture of Sakamoto's zanpakuto") Even though Haruko was momentarily exposed, somehow Mai affixed a towel to cover up his nether regions. Then, he was led out as if a child being dragged away by its mother. If he resisted, Soth's statement about the torture ability Ketsueki Sakushi could come to fruition.
Once they were out of the mixed area, Soth met the Lieutenant's eyes with his own bored expression. "You can go to the male area or go back to the Division, but the commander doesn't wish to see you at the moment." As if to emphasize this, Mai was visibly fingering her zanpakuto.

Haruko angrily shoved the people off him, and with no real issue doing so. He caught the towel, and fastened it before it fell. He then flash stepped back out to the springs. "Now look here Tadashi, I will not be disrespected simply because you are higher in rank than I am, I have just as much right to be here, and to think as you." Haruko was at this point furious, nobody but NOOBODY does this to him, it didn't matter iff it was the head captain himself. Haruko was an extremely lenient man, as well as a nice guy, he had virtually no buttons to push, yet somehow his captain managed to push them all at the same time. His inner hollow was egging him on, it was saying he should attack, that he should just freak right out. However Haruko was able to maintain a calm demeanor. He would never raise a weapon to a fellow member of the thirteen court guard squads, other than for sparring purposes. He was visibly trembling with pure rage "Now look here sir I show you nothing but respect, and you cast me aside as iff I am a nobody, even as iff I am an insignificant pawn, well tough sh*t bud I am not a robot, I am not yours to control, unlike Linus, Mai, and Soth" Haruko's voice was cut with angry breathes, and he was ready to fight iff he had to. his fists were clenched tight, to a point where there was visible stress on his hands. " I feel that I am a reasonable man, I never acted out apart from now, I follow your boring rules, I even make sure not to drink in my office. Face it, your vice captain is your polar opposite, because while you sit there, and stew in your anger, and hate I actually take into account the whole story. I am a person, and I demand to be treated as such. I will not be going anywhere until I am politely asked to." Haruko then looked back, noticing Mai's hand on her blade, and with a furious glare, unlike any he had ever give he laughed angrily "hohoho I really do not advise that course of action, trust me, iff you dare attack me, I will show you what real fear is, now go sit next to your master, get your treat, and leave us, its now a personal matter". Haruko's hands relaxed a bit, but were twitching at his side. nobody could have seen this outburst coming, and I do mean nobody.

2nd Division Captain Both Punishment Squad members exchanged glances and released their zanpakuto.
"Pierce, Sutingā," murmured Soth. He produced a blade sword that was tipped as if a larger version of Suzumebachi.
"Bite, Hebi," stated Mai. A strange sword appeared in her left hand, suspiciously split into fragments with some odd purpose that didn't appear conventional.
Tadashi smirked and stood up, his towel quickly secured over his dignity. "You, boy, have started something you cannot possibly win. I apologize, 8th Division Captain, but it seems i'll be a bit disruptive." Sakamoto flash-stepped forward in a blur and sent a earth-shattering punch right into Haruko's exposed stomach using his hakuda skills. He immediately reappeared behind Haruko and kicked him forward in the direction of the baths. It was likely the Lieutenant would fall in or at least lose balance. At this moment, Tadashi stepped back and issued a sharp whistle.
Soth, out of nowhere, bounded forward with his zanpakuto in hand, aiming for any point in Haruko's body that he could exploit with his zanpakuto's ability - that is, nerve and muscle paralyzation. Mai also twirled her Hebi in hand and suddenly caused the weapon to appear like a whip adorned with many bladed edges. She struck forward with it, careful not to hit Soth. Mai held complete control of Hebi, so it wasn't much of a problem.
Of course, the aim wasn't to kill Haruko, it was to pacify him. What the Lieutenant failed to understand was that he'd done everything wrong to get on the Captain's good side. No one had ever acted without complete respect and obediance for Sakamoto and become his true friend, and truthfully that was all there was to it. If no one showed respect to him, he didn't show it either. It was all the same to him. He could look out on the world and its people with his glazed eyes and think his thoughts behind a wall that was his stony face. There was also another thing Haruko had gotten terribly wrong - he'd assumed they were complete opposites. In fact, Sakamoto also had a terrible destructive anger that could shake the foundations of his sanity. Behind his cool, calm, and collected facade, a demon of sorts (like a Hollow, actually), dwelled. Only in this case, it was his true being, and all the more untamed and controlled at the same time.
