House Spirit, a guild tradition, has been HPGoG's own Homecoming Week celebration.
At every Homecoming, ((in the Muggle world it's when a school shows School Spirit all week long))
there's a Homecoming King and Queen.
Why should HPGoG be any different??
For the first time, members of Harry Potter Guild of Gaia
will vote for their very own Home Spirit Court!
The Court will include a King and Queen AND a Prince and Princess(es)
The posts below will explain everything you need to know about this Honor and how YOU can vote!

How to Vote:
Each person gets TWO votes, one for a male in the guild and one for a female in the guild. You can't vote for two females OR two males.
Voting is a very easy, quite painless process:
1) Think about one male and/or one female who you'd like to vote for. [Read the next post for details about who to vote for]
2) PM me (IceeWitch) your two choices. Make sure the PM subject is "House Spirit Contest"
3) INCLUDE two or three reasons why you're voting for [insert whoever]. If you don't, I will just ignore your entire PM.
After you've sent me your vote, please post here! I will be keeping track of who voted, and my PM box is always really full. xd
Voting begins TODAY. I must have all votes in to me no later than Wednesday, so I can inform the Headmaster, who will then inform the winners!
The Home Spirit Court will be decided as follows:
King (male with most votes)
Queen (female with most votes)
Prince (male runner up)
Princess (female runner up)
*In the case of a tie, there will be additional voting, so check back Wednesday, September 15!

Who Can We Vote For? We all love Professor Adonis, but he can't be Homecoming King! Think about how lame it would be to vote for your school's principal! You can't vote for Heads of House either...kinda like voting for your principal, but lamer (Heads: IceeWitch, AnimeKitty, bearchoo, Stardust, and Lyra). But many other people are eligible, including YOU. However, we want this contest to be as FAIR and UNBIASED as possible. Therefore, when sending your votes, you have to list two or three reasons why you voted for each person. You can vote for yourself, but that would be pretty lame too. If you're so awesome, other people would vote for you too! Think about it this way:
if you had to choose the member of the month, who would be your choice?
Three things to remember when casting your votes:
You can vote for anyone in the guild, regardless of guild status (ie house-elves, graduates, mods, etc) EXCEPT Heads.
The people you're voting for DO NOT have to be in your House!
You should ONLY vote for someone to be King or Queen based on their character traits and activity in HPGoG. Do NOT vote for someone because
1) they asked you too. 2) you like their avatar 3) they're in your House, etc. Vote for someone you would consider "Best All-Around."
There are countless, extremely helpful members to choose from!
If you can only think of one person to vote for, that's fine! You don't have to use both of your votes if you can't decide.

You can ONLY send your votes in ONCE. First votes are FINAL, you can't change your mind.
You are allowed to post here. You can even reveal who've you voted for, but please don't be rude. It will result in a Guild Warning.

Arashi: The only guys I can think of are techpriest35 (James) in Slytherin and Oshenukhar (Andrew) in Gryffindor. (Sorry if I missed any.)
