Okay, it is time to make sure we all know what the chakra system is and how to use it. I have noticed some profiles are missing this, and some people are utterly confused by it. This system is designed to make it to where people will not just spam jutsu left and right with no limit.
First i am going to go over Jutsu costs.
Academy jutsu will be worth 1 chakra point
Genin - 3
Chuunin - 15
Jounin - 50
Kage - 90
Kinjutsu: 110
These will apply to all jutsu unless otherwise stated. Some jutsu will be even higher.

Okay, so you know how much a jutsu costs, but how many points do I get to use per rank?
Rank - Skill Cap - Skill Minimum
Rank F Genin
5 - 250
Rank E Elite Genin
255 - 400 Points
Rank D Chunin
400 - 570 Points
Rank C Elite Chunin (Oinin Choice)
575 - 700 Points
Rank B Jounin
700 - 850 Points
Rank A Elite Jounin (Anbu Choice)
855 - 1000 Points
Rank S Sanin/Kage
1000 - 1700 Points
Rank SS SS-Rank
1700 - 1750(at this point your at the highest you can be.)
Of course though you can feel free to exceed these number, but you will incur a penalty.
How do I recover points?
Answer: By resting. Every post you are out of combat, you regenerate 10% of your base chakra pool.
If you incur the chakra burn, it takes twice as long though, as you will recover only 5% at a time.
How the chakra burn works:
1)Jutsu are weakened by roughly 25-50%.
2)You can maintain this form for only 5 posts before you black out, so once it sets in, you better go all out, or run.
3)A chakra burn causes you to lose points.
Academy lose none.
Genin lose 1
Chuunin lose 5
Jounin lose 10
Kage lose 50.

How do I gain points?
Well that's an easy one, your word count. Once a week you are allowed to post an application in a special thread in the starter forum once you become a gennin. Each rank requires slightly more words than the last and each one has a cap as to how high it can get before you need to just go ahead and rank up.
Number of Words = Status points
F-D Rank
100 Words = 1 Skill Point
C Rank
300 Words = 1 Skill Point
B Rank
600 Words = 1 Skill Point
A-S Rank
1000 Words = 1 Skill Point
SS Rank
1200 Words = 1 Skill Point
For those that have a demon:
you automatically get the following per rank bonuses for each demon:
Gennin bonus: +30
Chuunin bonus +70
Jounin bonus +150
Sannin bonus +250
Kage bonus: +300
When you enter demon mode and etc:
Utilizing no tails: you get a 1.3x multiplier
Using 1 tail: 1.5X
Using 2: 2x
using 3: 2.5x
using 4: 3x
using 5: 3.5x
using 6: 4x
using 7: 4.5x
using 8: 5x
using 9: 7.5x (its the kyuubi...)

Shruikan Tenshi Kash....I made the demon figures >.> lol. Not why I posted. I want to know what do we put for the applications???? Like an rp sample, or what? I already have it up, check it out, you use your word count from normal posts So if i did an RP post with 212 words, at tehe bottom I would put WC: 212 TWC: 212 and then I did 88 words WC: 88 TWC: 300
