1: They use strap-ons or "fake appendages".
I hear this one from straight men all the time. That has nothing to do with a persons sexuality. Sex and sexuality are different. A woman can have all the sex she wants with men, even date them, but in the end she can still be a lesbian because your sexuality is who you are attracted to, not who you have sex with or even date. When it comes to those extra parts, it doesn't matter what body part it looks like, a woman is still on the other end of it.

2:They haven't found the right man yet.
Straight men again. Oh how they can annoy me.
If i told a straight guy "dude, you'd totally be gay if you found the right guy" he would say hell no. So the same thing goes for everyone.

3: If they haven't been physically involved with a woman, how would they know? They're just curious.
You don't have to sleep with a guy to know your straight. You don't have to sleep with a woman to know you're gay either.

Quit putting your crapily constructed double-standard on sexuality. None of it makes sense.

Lol my titles usually tend to make people angry. That's kind of my goal, because then they want to go defend their stance on the subject and it gets lots of people to read. They always end up finding out im against those things. Marketing strategy lol.

Right on. I get this a lot to. Just because I haven't slept with any of my exes doesn't mean I'm not attracted to a woman.

Yea that is a good marketing strategy, i thought I was going to find a place to argue that same stance, but were both on the same page. As for Heavy m3tals post, that and quoting scriptures about gays is all my dad does.

1: They use strap-ons or "fake appendages".

There are a fair few lesbians in my city that say this one a lot as well. They are strictly no "male appendages' (whether fake or real) allowed to be used or else you're a "fake lesbian" and just bisexual.

I know so many gays and lesbians who have gone so much of their life dating (some even marrying) people of the opposite sex but they haven't been attracted to them in that way, it's been more to hide it from judgmental people or didn't want to a be so thought they could change their sexuality if they tried hard enough.

Ok, the fact of the matter is penises are used for penetration and they are kind of a good design for that. Hense the use of fake appendages. But that doesn't make you straight in the least.
The truth is that all these things that we do such as dating the same sex, its all for looks (and because we want to lol). Its all to further prove that our sexuality is not non-existent or some kind of disease or something. Because really, it doesnt matter who you date or have sex with, you can still be gay or straight no matter if you have sex or date the opposite or same sex. Its all about attraction and sex needs not apply to that.
But I don't think people realise those things. Or maybe they do. I know that I personally will not be switching teams just to prove the point that sexuality is about attraction not sex.
So to say that a woman is a "fake lesbian" because she uses a fake appendage is pretty dumb. Some women just need penetration to get the pleasure out of sex and you don't need a man or to be attracted to a man for that.

*I know* it's about lesbians, but from a bisexual point of view I have to disagree with the last one on the simple premise of how many people run around screaming that they're bi, and then give it up 10 days later, or who try homosexual sex and decide they aren't bi, and make it look like a phase.

I agree that someone who is gay doesn't have to try sex to know, nor does a straight person, but because of the huge number of fakes in bisexuality....to me it's necessary to know that a potential partner has already been with the same/opposite sex.

That's a fun read. Though it makes me mad, I love to read people's opinions on things. It makes me laugh sometimes because these people are just so stupid.
