Okay. Hello all who clicked this topic. I just finished Mockingjay and I'm dying to talk about it. Let's do so here.
It is not recommended for you to read this thread if you have not yet read Mockingjay. If you scroll down farther than this post, you are entirely responsible for spoiling the book for yourself. You cannot blame us.

First of all. The ending bugged me.... Gale just disappears into this so called new job in District 2 and never comes to even see Katniss ever again? What kind of a best friend does that? Peeta's 'win' doesn't technically count, since Gale wasn't there to counteract her choice...
Secondly, Prim's random appearance in the Capitol. How the heck did she get there? It never said anything about Prim coming to the Capitol....
And thirdly... WHY DID FINNICK HAVE TO DIE? T.T

I think that mockingjay was just sad, especially Finnick's death, it seemed a bit thrown away. Also have you notice that Bonnie and Twill weren't mention, did they like die or anything?

I think Prim's death was quite a loss.... Since Katniss saved her in the first book by volunteering and she went through all that trouble to still find her dead in the end

I think she was part of the medical team?
