im 17, and going to be joining the Air Force after i graduate in 2011. ive heard that the Air Force is pretty physically demanding, so i was wondering if anyone had any useful workout routines that they could share?
also, as far as the ASVAB goes, what are the hardest aspects of it?

Tip #1. You are not a soldier. A soldier is an Army term. We are Airmen.
As for PT, it's not really that demanding. The standards were just recently changed.
