Powers: None, save his tactical genius, and his yellow Power Ring, made by the Weaponers of Quard in the Antimatter Universe. It functions in exactly the same way as the Green Lantern Power Rings, except that it operates off of fear, and depends on its weilder's ability to instill and manipulate that emotion. It, too, must be recharged regularly with a yellow power battery, made in the shape of a lantern in mockery of the Corps. His Ring can drain the Power Rings of Green Lanterns that have not overcome great fear, but his own ring can be drained by the Ring of a Blue Lantern, blue being the color of Hope.
Extra: Guy Guardner, a member of the Green Lantern Honor Guard and Hal Jordan's original backup, always had a habit of talking bad about all of Hal's old enemies. All of them, except Sinestro. He NEVER talked about Sinestro. Unless his plans or survival take priority, Sinestro will automatically attack any Green Lantern he comes across.
