Bio
Kinako grew up with her extremely subservient mother Akane, and abusive father Daiki, deep in the forests. Her mother constantly told Kinako to be silent and just do what her father told her, while her mother took the brunt of her Daiki's abuse. While his abuse generally made her a very introverted and shy girl, she was still happy with her mother, who despite being very weak and frail herself, still managed to protect Kinako from any physical damage. But then, when Akane died, no one was there to protect her from her father's rage and brutality. He constantly belittled her and her stutter, making her ashamed of it. Kinako desperately wanted to get away from Daiki's abuse and torment, but had nowhere to go. The only thing that gave her comfort for much of her yearlinghood was the plush rabbit her mother had given her, Suki. One night, as she was crying because of how harsh her father had become, a voice whispered to her -- the voice of her Guardian. "Please, leave him. He will only hurt you more." the soft, child-like voice said.
"B-but h-h-h-he's m-m-m-my f-f-f-father..." Kinako said, wiping her tears on Suki.
"You need to live, for your mother..."
Kinako nodded softly, and that night, she ran away from her father, taking only Suki and her memories. She made a home in the forest, far from the deep area she lived in as a fawn. She's began a life with her mate, Seth, as well now. :3
