"Thanks for helping out here Luska. You can leave now, but come back home before curfew." Le Dulce was currently doing a mini-promotion for a brand new cake so the bakery had been a little bit busy. "I packed the cakes you wanted in the box sitting on the counter, so don't forget."
The spawn came out from the back kitchen, wiping her hands on her apron before taking it off and hanging it over a hook. "Alright~!" It was far from closing time, but Luska's help was no longer necessary, so she might as well go home and indulge in some sweets as a reward for her hard work. Grabbing the box off of the counter top, the girl rushed out of the door. Perhaps she should go and pick up a box of tea leaves to brew some tea at home. With that thought in mind, she turned towards the opposite way.
But she halted in her step. Something interesting had caught her eye. 'Cirque de la Luna'? A large show company for talents on a large stage. But Luska didn't have any sort of talent like that. But she still wanted to take a peek inside because curiosity got the better of her.

The sign for the place was actually a little closer than the compound itself, so Luska had to walk a little ways to get close to the grounds. There were all sorts of buildings on it, for living, for shows, and for training. There were even buildings where they offered lessons on things, like dance! How cool was that?
One of these buildings that offered lessons featured a young woman standing in front of it, dismissing a group of small girls in leotards to their parents. She was tall and beautiful with purple skin, long black hair and large white wings. A graceful creature to be sure. However, another thing she was was familiar.
Turning away from her class and thinking of getting a soda, Ebby spotted one of her old babysitting patrons walking onto the grounds. "Luska? is that you?"

Luska wagged her tail with excitement watching as the group of girls that had just exited go meet with their parents. "They look like they had fun..." The girl muttered to herself with a tinge of envy. She wanted to join in on fun things too!
Finally, what really caught her attention was the woman, the instructor perhaps, that stood in front of the building where the girls had come out of. Her distinguishing features caused a small sequence of memories to flash back in Luska's mind. But who was this person again?
There weren't many people she knew that had purple skin and large white wings except for her really old baby sitter. Somebody whom she hadn't seen since her toddler days. The woman seemed to recognize Luska, which made the girl flush a little with embarrassment. She had the habit of not recognizing people who she didn't meet in a long time.
But Luska was sure that she did know this person. She was just a lot older now, and even more prettier than Luska last remembered. It's just the woman's name that seemed to escape her.
"U-uhm...h-hello!" Luska nervously waved towards the woman. Might as well greet now and hope that the other's name manages to slip out somewhere in the conversation. Highly unlikely though...
