Participants: Iris, Farfalla, Tassel, Lucero, Diokles
Farfalla:~has been walking through the woods, a big hunk of honeycomb in her mouth, looking sad. She'd perfected the art of knocking hives down and she couldn't even show Iris. She sighs through the honey and drops a big chunk of it on a log where a large raccoon comes out, scoops it up, and chatters at her, taking it back down into it's home~
Iris: *Notices Far and smiles widely as he trots over but his smile disappears for a worried frown* Ah! What's wrong Far? Did something happen? *Is distinctively certain she smells of honey...*
Farfalla:~looks over at Iris, jaw drops~ I...Iris?? ~trots up to him quickly and bumps noses with him to make sure he was there and not just imagining that he was~ Iris! Iris Iris I missed you!!!! ~nuzzles his cheek, realizes what she's doing and jumps back, blushing bright pink nose to tail~ H..h..how have you b..be..beennn....
Iris: *Slightly taken by the excited hind's greeting but doesn't mind. Being this close he is certain that she DOES smell of honey* I missed you too. Things have been a bit hectic with all the thickets, fawns and new Herla so I went on a trip. *smiles and moves closer to lick at the honey he is happy to find on her mouth.* You got honey on you... have you been practicing? *Is quite surprised by this and pleased at the same time*
Farfalla:~turns from pink to crimson as he licks the honey from her~ Y..y...y...yes yes I..I...I...I...I..I...~takes a huge breath~ I have been pr..pract..tic..ticing.... ~she smiles at him and looks down, paws at the ground shyly~ I..wanted to..be able to...g..get honey with y..you...
Iris: The bees didn't sting you did they? *Is worried hoping she didn't get hurt just to get some honey for him* I don't want you to get hurt doing that okay but I do appreciate the gesture. Would you like to go get some honey with me now, I was looking for a bee nest just before I saw you. n_n
Farfalla:Oh n..no no..but it usually t..takes me longer c..cause I knock the hive down and then I..wait and they go away after awhile...~she nods, her voice shy and quiet, but quickly nods~ Y.yes yes! We could get honey t..together!! ~inwardly she's bouncing up and down insanely happy, giggling~
Iris: *Sighs in relief* Good. That is a good idea. I never thought to just hide and wait. *He seems to shrug and realizes he doesn't mind the chase, over time he's become quite the fast buck.* Well if you're up for honey we should find some bee nests. It seems scarce around here lately. *Pouts slightly at the aspects*
Farfalla:We..we...we can look t..together!! ~she nods and smiles~ A..and and and..and...~deep breath~ and..you could maybe...t..tell me what you saw when you were..were...were away?? If..you w..want that is...~says quietly, wonders if she sounded mean or demanding, tiny whimper~
Iris: *Notices how nervous Far seems to be around him and tries to calm her a little* You know Far, it's okay if you ask things of me. I won't be upset. *smiles warmly bumping her side* Be more confident and have fun... *Thinks a moment back to his travels* As for where I've been everywhere and no where. I was curious about a few places near the outskirts of the glen. There's a junk yard with strange things in a field, its fun to go there and just relax. There are also a few caves nearby with pretty things in them. I even saw a Herla hanging around those parts, he seemed a bit sad but he wouldn't talk to me. *Pouts* I might go back and try talking to him again... *Daydreams* But for the most part I was lonely out there. Maybe you should come with me next time? *says thoughtfully.*
Farfalla:~is filled with joy at the idea of going places with Iris, she smiles brightly~ I..I would like that. I have seen a lot of places too...while I was trying to f..find here...if here is what I was looking for...which I wasn't exactly...~blinks, realizes she's confused herself and giggles softly~ B...but..I prolly didn't see the same things you did! ~nods, starts to look up into the trees for the hives while speaking and moving~
Iris: *Also looking into the trees while chatting* I didn't go that far, I would get lonely if I did. My family is here but I don't see them much. *Seems a little wistful* I miss them sometimes but I don't really see them too often. *Aside from the occasional stalking from his daughter he isn't sure where his mate is or the boys and what they've been up.* Traveling is a good way to clear your head and see knew things. By the way what are some things you like to see?
Farfalla: Mmmm...~she thinks about what she liked seeing on her journey, but stops short, nearly having walked right into a tree while thinking. She starts to laugh~ That coulda been bad... ~peers at the trunk~ Seem's someone else had a run in with this tree too...there's a bit here that's kinda chipped and dented in..wonder what happened...
~she side steps the tree and continues with Iris~ I like...life...I like seeing things full of life. Animals, flowers, plants, just things alive and flourishing...everything is beautiful when it's living as fully as it can...
Iris: *He gives a slight blush then leans low as she bumps into the tree. It look a bit like it must have hurt but she smiles so he mimics her glad that she's okay* I like those kinds of things as well. Maybe we can just go on a blind journey to find something interesting. To tell the truth, I kinda get lost on my way and trying to come back so I end up in interesting places. Don't tell anyone this is our secret though! *winks*
Farfalla:~smiles brightly~ Don't worry Iris...you can trust me with anything! ~she stops again, her ears swivel~ Ah...ah...I hear buzzing...I think...~closes eyes and concentrates on the buzzing noises~
Iris: *Doesn't hear the buzzing but realizes he's suddenly being pinged with the familiar tickle of bees* Oh no! They know I'm here, quickly hide. I'll lure them away so you can knock down the nest. It should be close by. *Is suddenly being attacked by a lot of bees now* Ah! Why me... *flees in the opposite direction working a plan to ditch them so he can return*
Farfalla:But! ~steps back as a huge rush of bee's follow Iris. She tilts her head, wondering if maybe that buck doesn't have some kinda invisable scent that the bees love. But she turns and starts chucking rocks and pine cones at the hive, knocking it down, she grabs it in her mouth and starts to run off, but remembers Iris~ IRS!!! AH GOF.. ~she chokes as some honey slides down her throat and she accidently snorts some up her nose~ COUGH COUGH GACK SNORT...~she shakes her head, the bells in her hair jingling loudly as she runs off towards the stream, spitting the hive out, nose and mouth coated in thick honey~
ris: *Manages to ditch the bees a few of them still clinging to his long hair but not trying to sting him* Huh? *Shakes his head to rid himself of the bees but they don't budge.* Oh well... *Ignoring the few critters he goes back to find Farfalla seeing her near a stream the bee nest at her feet.* Oh is something wrong? Did one of the bees get you... *Worries for a brief moment before he notices the honey all over her face. He giggles softly trying not to embarrass her but can't help the image*

Tassel: -gets bored and pronks off- -spots Iris and bounces over, tugging at his wrap- 8DD You got shiny hair like Daddy! |D
Farfalla:~is spitting out bits of hive, also trying to lick her own muzzle clean. Has tongue stuck out and flopped onto her nose when she sees Iris and turns pink~ Irs! Arf oof ofay? ~is spitting honey and hive parts onto him when she speaks~
Iris: *Still can't help giggling but soon moves over to hell clean her off a bit, licking at the honey* It's okay, your still cute. *Blushes a bit at being so forward* Well I mean - *is cut off by a sudden tug on his sash* Hm? Oh...hello there. *Blinks* I have shiny hair like your daddy? Who is that little one? *nuzzles the cute fawn*
Tassel: x3 It Daddy! 8D -giggles and smiles all around- |D Mommy calls Daddy uh..... Luuuuuuuuce...... ro? 8DD I wear? -tugs at the sash again- Daddy got too. x3
Farfalla:~giggles softly and blinks, looks down at the fawn and smiles~ Aww...hoof cuff if ist!! ~wriggles her nose, annoyed having a mouth and nose full of honey, turns into the streams and tries to clear her mouth and sinus of the sticky stuff~
Iris: *It still isn't registering considering a few Herla have sashes like his own.* Luuuuuce ... ro... Luuce..ro... hm... ah! *Spots the wings similar to his own and the designs on the fawns body that Akasha has originally. He gives a slight nudge to the fawn then it slowly clicks* Lucero? *Looks to Farfalla but can only giggle as she dunks into the stream. When she returns he smiles happily.* Looks like my son is a daddy. *Nudges Tassel playfully* Your daddy is my little boy, that makes me your granddaddy.
Tassel: *^* Granddaddy? ..... You Daddy's Daddy? *^* .......... -stares at Farfalla- ...... You Daddy's Mommy? *^*
Farfalla: Aww..! A grandfather! that''s so..~blinks at Tassel's question and turns about as red as the fawn~ I uh..n..no no..I'm his f..f..f...~deep breath~ friend...~nods~
Iris: *Blushes a bit from the honest question* Oh um... well no. This is your granddaddy's friend, we are really close. You're daddy’s mommy is some place else. *Is not sure where but hopes she's doing well*
Tassel: Ohhhhhhhhh. 8DD I got friend too! He pretty. x3 But he eats yucky reds. -wide eyed serious nod-..... -busies himself with bouncing in circles around Iris- x3 You like Daddy?
Farfalla:~watches Tassel and can't help but smile. Fawns were so innocent and adorable. Tassel's aura was bright and prismatic, full of the promise of a life just begun. She looks at Iris out of the corner of her eye and wonders to herself, if such beautiful grandchildren come from his linage, what would any fawns the two of them might have look like. She turns bright red again at the though and she looks away quickly in case he catches her staring~
Iris: Yes I like daddy...*Or maybe he meant was he like his son. Either way the little fawn was quite cute a lot different from his kids growing up but no less curious. Something that seemed to run in the family.* Who is your friend and what are yucky reds? *Giggles a little at the face the fawn makes. He notices Farfalla had gone silent and smiles at her with a slight wink* They are so cute at this age. I wonder what I was like... *has no clue of his past but certain it couldn't be all that bad*
Tassel: 8D He Pretty Friend! x3 He big tall shiiiiiiiny herla. He eat.... reds. -frown- .... They from blue! And wiggly and..... yuuuuuuuucky. DDD8 They no good. -shakes his head back and forth really fast-
Farfalla: When I was a fawn, I spent a lot of time with my mother and grandmother learning the family secrets..~says this softly and with a lot of respect in her voice at the very thought of her family and their secrets~ You really don't remember your fawnhood?
Iris: No I don't know much about my fawnhood. My brother wont tell me much or he doesn't know either. *He shrugs deciding its not a big issue* Besides, there are all these fawns around I can enjoy watching them grow big and strong. *Nudges Tassel* Where is your daddy now little one, why are you wondering around alone? *Is suddenly reminded of raising his kids and wants to do so again* Heh... come lets go find your daddy. *While thinking he's going to scold the boy for not telling him about his growing family* n_n
Tassel: >3 Daddy no find me. I hide. -looks all proud of this but bounces back in the direction he left his father-
Lucero: DDDD8 Gotta watch that boy better. -searching in bushes-
Iris: *Spots his son looking around and smiles* Lose something? *nudges the fawn forward with a wink* Be good and apologize for worrying your daddy. *smiles to his son* Long time no see. Glad to see that you're doing well... *eyes Tassel* ...Among other things. *giggles*
Lucero: -looks up in surprise- Dad! -nuzzles- <33 Yeah it has been awhile. -smiles and bends to nudge Tassel- I was going to tell you, but I wasn't sure where to find you. ;^^ So.... yeah. This is Tassel. <3 I wish Dahlia was here so you could meet her and our other two.
Tassel: 8DD Daddy! I found your daddy! -so proud of himself-
Farfalla:~looks a little apprehensive at following Iris and Tassel but follows a little behind, allowing the two to talk a little. She was very curious to what Iris's already grown children looked like but was afraid to be intruding into a family situation~
Iris: I'm sorry I haven't been around. Had to get out a bit...but I hope to meet Dahlia soon. She's sounds quite lovely. *Notices Farfalla is quiet again. He nudges her happily.* This is my friend by the way, Farfalla this is my son Lucero. <3
Farfalla:~blushes and nods to Lucero, smiling~ It's a pleasure. I can see you are just as lovely as your father is..~realizes this can be misunderstood~ I mean, in all ways of course...and your son is adorable..truly you have been blessed.
Lucero: -smiles and dips his head to Farfalla- Thank you. ^^ I do feel quite lucky. |3
Tassel: |DD -hums as he bounces before suddenly noticing Diokles- 8DDD -bolts toward the shiny herla without another word to his family- <333333 PRETTY FRIEND! -rushes over and nuzzles- x3333
Diokles: Ah.. Name is... Pretty friend. *says hesitantly with a small frown* What is your? *looks to Tassel and nuzzles him gently as he appears under his legs* Silly friend. <3
Farfalla:~watches Tassel run around and chuckles~ It's amazing how much energy they have at this age..I don't remember running around so much when I was that age..I wonder if I could keep up..~looks at Lucero~ You must be tired a lot.
Iris: Yes they are quite energetic at this age. Lucero was like this too couldn't keep him sitting still... *watches Tassel rush off to his...* Ah! *bounces unexpectedly fearful of the shinny Herla* Uhm... *Is still scared of big Herla* That's Tassels friend?
Lucero: -shuffles embarrassedly- I was not that energetic. -watches Tassel run off with a frown- Yes, that's.... -frown- Well, I'm not really sure what his name is. Tassel calls him pretty friend. -sighs-
Diokles: Cordelia... *offers an unsure smile and a subtle nod before turning to greet Tassel's company* Hello... *getting apprehensive in this growing crowd*
Tassel: x3 Pretty friend, you eating? |D I find Granddaddy. x3 He Daddy's dad. -bounces and continues nuzzling-
Iris: *Is visibly quite scared of Tassel's friend but try's to be nice* H-hello. *Hates being this way but can't help it*
Diokles: *senses Iris's fear and frowns, lowering his spines to make him appear smaller and avoiding eye contact to hopefully prevent further anxiety*
Farfalla:~also looks up at the pearly sea-monster like herla but instead smiles~ Hello there...~she nudges Iris gently~ It's ok I think..they don't have a bad aura on them..
Tassel: |D It okay, Granddaddy! This Pretty Friend! x3 He not monster. He no eat. -wiggles and bounces around Diokles and Iris and Farfalla- x3 He my friend.
Lucero: -stands at his father's side, watching with a smile-
Iris: *Looks to everyone then Diokles and smiles trying not to be rude* I'm sorry... I just can't help being scared of big Herla like you. My name is Iris this is my son Lucero and the little one is my little grandson. n_n And this is my friend Farfalla*Is a bit more comfortable talking to the other*
Diokles: *lowers his head like a reprimanded puppy* I sorry... I not hurt you... *curls his tail around one of his hind legs nervously, not at all accustomed to such a crowd*
Iris: *Feels really bad for making the other uncomfortable* Ah no its not your fault.Don't apologize! *Is really sorry to be this way* Tassel is right I'm not scared anymore. n_n
Diokles: *nuzzles Tassel's head* I not sad, I just not want make granddaddy scared... *lifts to cautiously gaze at Iris* It's okay... But I go now, into small water to rest. *hesitantly steps into the lake, wishing to take refuge in the peace of the depths*

Farfalla:~smiles at Iris and nudges him warmly~ Seee..a good soul...nothing to worry too much about...
Iris: *Smiles nuzzling Farfalla* I'm sorry I was just so scared though. He's quite big but he was very nice. I'll have to make it up to him next time we meet. *Looks thoughtful*
Farfalla:~she smiles, feeling at ease with Iris~ You have a lovely family that I have met so far..they're lucky to have a father like you. I never met my father..but then again not a lot of our kind do usually...~she thinks~ I wonder what having a dad is like...
Iris: Yes I do love my family a lot. *Is still longing for those days when the kids were young however. Ah well.* I don't know who my father is either, nor my mother. But I would imagine having a father would be fun. I hope I've done a good job of it. *Nudges Far* Haven't you thought of having a family, Far? *Oblivious*
Farfalla: ~turns bright red~ Y...yes I h..have! I...I....I...I'd love f..f...f...fawns one d..da..da...day....but but but but..I want to f...find a nice herla to to to to...~deep breath~ to have fawns with. A father that will stay with them maybe...~she nods, looking wistful~
Iris: *Peers at her curiously noting the bright red* You look like a tomato Far. It's adorable you know. *Laughs happily* But I think you'll have beautiful fawns one day and the lucky Herla you pick will love them lots and lots! n_n He'll be a great daddy!
Farfalla:~blushes even more at being called cute, scuffs her hoof on the ground very shyly~ Oh but but but...but I'm a little..p..picky cause cause...I want a pretty father for them to...tooo....but I...I...I uhm...prolly couldn't even have a hope for that..kind of...chance...~voice trails off, getting more and more shy the more she speaks~
Iris: Hogwash! You're gorgeous so you can have a pretty father for your fawns too! *Is thoughtful for a moment.* Why don't you go on a father search. You could look around and talk to harts that fit your list of pretty... *Completely not including himself on that list..(lol so hopeless)* If you need help talking to them I wouldn't mind. *As long as they weren't big and scary*
Farfalla: I..I did..already...do that...kinda...sorta...uh...uhm...and..I did find someone...who...would be n..n..nice but but but...I don't know if..if he'd be interested in..in...in that...~she swallows hard, staring very hard at Iris's hooves, scared to look him in the eyes because she might loose all nerve~ It's...it's uh...it's uh...y...y... you
Iris: Hm? *Smiles* You're so nervous all the time. Have confidence in yourself. *Tries poking her with his nose unable to hear what she's saying with all the stuttering.* Aww come on Far, speak up a little. Who's the hart that's got your eye? *Super excited*
Farfalla:~looks up at him and blurts it out~ It's you! I...I really like..you!! ~turns magenta~ I'd...really like you to..maybe...have a family..with....but but but I understand if you don't because you have a great family already and I don't want to seem like I'm trying to..to...~bows head a little~ replace anyone in your life...
Iris: *Rather taken off guard by her acknowledgment but then he smiles warmly nuzzling her* I don't think you're trying to replace anyone. Besides you're special in your own way. *Its now his turn to blush.* My family is loving they'd understand how I feel and you're really so nice and kind I just wouldn't want you to be uncomfortable. *Not sure how to explain things considering he has a mate. He nudges her carefully* It can't be helped that I've wanted another family for some time now, I just don't want anyone I choose to be upset with me because I love Akasha, I always will but I can't help my free spirit. She understands that, do you think you could? *Watches her with a serious expression unlike any he's had before*. I don't want you getting hurt because of my selfishness.
Farfalla:I do understand..~she nods a bit, while still looking a bit nervous, her tone is sincere~ I..I don't know how you f..feel about me...but when you were gone, I...I didn't want the sun to come up because of how much I missed you...~is still bright red from the blush~ I..couldn't imagine being with anyone else, no matter how hard I tried. It..might be one sided but I really....really like you...and I want to have a family with you....but I know you have one so I just...kinda...stuffed it away cause I didn't...~she's babbling now, a mix between happy that he had, at least, not out rightly said no, but also worried that maybe he didn't care for her more then maybe a chance at more children. As much as she wanted a family with the beautiful buck, she wanted him to at least care for her too or she just couldn't go through with it~
Iris: *Is really touched that she missed him so. He hadn't thought about it, no one really missed his presence when he was gone so it was quite surprising when Farfalla had been excited about his return.* Well I did miss you when I was gone. *He admits, nudging her to look up at him* Honestly Far, if I didn't care I wouldn't have bothered asking how you felt. Silly girl. We should take things slow but if it works out I wouldn't mind starting a family with you.. if that's truly what you want. *smiles shyly.*
Farfalla:~her head raises up instantly~ R..really? I mean..uhm...really? ~her voice is soft~ I...I like that idea..~she nods, nuzzling into his cheek warmly~ I'm..happy, you like me too. ~a couple tears slip off her cheeks~
Iris: *Grows worried mistaken her tears for sadness.* Aww, did I upset you? I'm sorry Far... *nuzzles her carefully* You know it's okay to tell me anything that does bug you. I don't want to make you sad. <3
Farfalla:~she shakes her head~ I'm not sad. I'm really, really happy. I promise. ~hesitantly at first, she leans into Iris, head on his shoulder, pressing close~ Can, can we just be like this for a moment...it's just so perfect...I want to hold onto this feeling as long as I can....~blushes a little, knowing she sounds a little silly, but just cannot help herself~
Iris: *Is relieved.* That's fine we can stay like this however long you want.
