Flagenza's History
Flagenza comes from the Village Hidden in the Clouds. His family are the last remaning memeber of the Taki-miri clan a break off of the Kaminari clan. They have a blood line trait that allows there first summoning jutsu to be permanent rather than returning to the summoning world. The down side to this trait is it takes a permanent chunk of chakra from the user that can only be returned at the death of the summon. Lucky as they were once part of the Kaminari clan they have plenty of chakra to spare on this type of trait. He left his village after he graduated the academy, which only happened because of his prowess in his own specific jutsu, not beacuse hes passed the graduation test. He left his village ashamed as he had no real respect from his class mates and had not acheived anything worthy of calling himself Taki-miri. He came to tvhit to become stronger and to train himself into a stronger more pwerful warriror.

as a child he had stolen a summoning scroll from his father. He did not know of his blood line trait as it is tradition to not tell children of the Taki-mari clan of it so as to not waste there chakra on a week summon and so they learnt the value of a summoning jutsu. Flagenza failed to perform the jutsu properly and he ended up summoning nine chicks rather than the strong summon. One chick has since died. His father had intend that one othe stronger summons from this scroll be his first, and his mother had intended for his blood water summoning jutsu to be his first.

Kaminari clan
The Kaminari Clan is debatabley the strongest clan in all the land. But is also one of the smallest. Only a total of four kaminari's can exist at a single time, the parent the child and and the Kaminari shamin,or sempai.it is possible four a third generation to be alive but it is unlikely.
the kaminari clan has a blood line trait unlike any else. they have the ability to "dive" into the memorys of all their ancestors and learn their jutsu instantly. they also have a second lesser ability that allows them to put any person into a permanent paralyzed state. there are many rumors surrounding this ability but most are untrue. the facts of the ability are simple: the attack focus on someone using a build up of chakra such as a jutsu. they are then forced into a paralyzed state. in this state they hear and see but do not feel. there body can not be harmed by any means and will not age. it is rumored that some kaminari wuold use this ability and then bury their victims leaving them to be tortured for atternity. it is also rumored that the victim of this jutsu became invisible. this is true in some cases but could only be used by some Kaminari's this attacks affects can only be released by the user or rumored the victim by some sort of massive chakra build up. this attack is extremely powerful and versitile but is also hated by most Kaminari's who see as cowardly and a sign of weakness. the defence against this ability is random and has not been defined or proven. there are many jutsu that only kaminari clan memebers can use but they are mostly irrelevant. because of the extreme power of the kaminari clan major rules were laid down to protect and advance the clan.
the Kaminari clan's first Memeber was a woman who wish to birth the storngest ninja of all time. it is claimed that her son was the son of all the kage's. from her son down these rules were placed. each child may only have one child forcing their to be only one famliy line and realisticly make the family easier to kill, if they were weak. each son or daughter must move to a village they were not raised in and marry someone from that village. every ten generations the son or daughter will be found by the kaminari shaman who is given an extra ability through special training to extend their lives ten fold. they will act as a guide to all kaminari should for some reason the needed knowledge be out of grasp. should a child be born outside the rules they are to be severed form the clan stripped of most of their chakra and the ability to use "diving" or the paralysis abitlity. if for some reason this task is not performed the willage hidden in the water( a village very secluded, location unkown, no allegances and only known mission or directive is to keep the kaminari clan within there rules.) would send a special team to deal with it. the only legitimate way to havmultiple children as a kaminari did with twins or such.Within knowledge the child born second or so forth does not have the kaminari powers or same level of chakra but. this is how the taki-mari clan was born. this is also where many of the clans jutsu were devled from as they learnt form the same teacher and village as a kaminari brother, as well as learnt from the brother.
Curently the only living kaminari's are Hizeru Kaminar(should have been the strongest kaminari of all time) his older brother Tasu(born in the vilage of his mother from thefather of his mother's village.is the strongest Kaminari, unexplainable althoug it is know that some of hizeru's chakra at birth was stolen and given to taku. taku can perform jutsu without moving or speaking.) and the shaman. there are rumors in the darkness of other illigitamates but the statments have not been proven.
the kaminari clan has evolved beyond most limitation of ninja, for example on of the kaminari clan mambers spent his entire life meditating on a rock focusing his chkra around the nodes rather then threw. when he finally bore a child she did not have chakra nodes, her chakra flowed freely through her body relieving them of the threat of gentle hand style. also because of the travel of the clan they have the bloodline of many clans thus many bloodline traights flow through the kaminari which will often randomly appear in kaminaris gnerations later. hizeru has sharigan but his grandfather could use bykakugan.
