So, to keep up her promise, Lucretia practiced by herself while Khuluma scouted for nice places to rest. The place they were at now was rather rocky, and he was looking about for a nice, plush spot for the two of them. "Hey Lucretia. I think I found a nice little cave. It looks big enough!" He called out, looking down to see where she was - he only hoped she wasn't tracking something again.

Lucretia was growing stronger by the day. She was working hard to keep the promise that she had sworn to keep. She said to her father that she would be made stronger by this and she was determined to do so! Of course she was never really much of a fighter but she was getting better, she just wished Khuluma would give her a helping paw once in a while. You could only do so much fighting yourself.
Khuluma's voice made her turn and look up. She had found a scent which was reasonably interesting but knew it would be lost now. Oh well.
"Oh?" Lucretia jumped up and headed towards where Khuluma was, "Does if look comfy?" She wanted somewhere to curl up and be all comfy.

Bored. It wasn't a feeling the God of Hate felt often. There was always somewhere to be, someone to torture, something to destroy...a home, a life, hopes, and dreams. This particular span of land though seemed almost entirely devoid of intelligent life. Not that mortals counted, but even they were missing. All for the better. He could only take their idiocy for so long.
Unfortunately that also meant that he had no prey to feed his children with. Their diet contained such normal things as wildebeast and antelope, but he did like to train them young...give them a taste for the flesh of tougher beasts. They seemed to quite enjoy such snacks...lion was a favorite, in fact.
A noise caught his attention, and he instantly perked up. Voices...voices meant others. Others...others were food. Maybe the day wouldn't be so boring after all...

Khuluma turned his head, looking at the cave to determine if it was indeed comfy or not. He really didn't want to have Lucretia come to a den that wasn't up to standards when she had just trained all day. It always looked like exhausting work that he didn't want to made her upset or annoyed by sleeping somewhere she didn't like. Then again, he was rather proud that he found something and didn't like the idea of going all over the place to find another. Really, she should have just liked this regardless of what it was like.
"Let me check." He said, moving into the den and walking around. It was enough to sit about 3 adult lions, which worked well for 2 teens like themselves, even if gods and goddesses were a little on the bigger side. At least Lucretia didn’t' have wings, which really saved on space. Stepping around in circles, he settled down and noticed that it wasn't lump. He then stood up and pushed out a rock that was sitting on the middle and then pulled out a shrub, throwing it behind a rock to hide it before she came. Stomping down the dirt, he walked back out. "Oh, it's perfect. You'll love it." Yeah, after what he just did.
Standing on a rock, he watched her climb up the hill. "Did you have a nice training party?"

Lucretia flicked her tail, did a few more moves and then jumped up towards the golden god. She was curious as to what he had found and to be honest she wasn't too bothered about it. She was rather happy to just curl up somewhere, though she didn't really mind where it was as long as it was warm and dry.
She reached him and the cave that he had found and smiled.
"Awesome!" She then crawled in cautiously before curling up in a ball. Yes this was nice.
"Training? Yeah not so easy to do it without someone to train with..." She wanted him to train with her but he seemed so against it. Maybe at some point he would change his mind. She could hope anyway. She so wanted someone to train with it just didn't work too well on your own.
