I just want to take a moment to ask how everyone likes the guild so far. The things you do like and the things you want changed. Any new ideas should go into the Idea thread, not this one. This forcus is on what is currently happening: The lounge, The library, share spells, The lessons, and stuff. I would like your input.
Also the idea has come up for a pic thread. What do you think?

I dont have any complaints...wait...i do have one...
Everything with the guild is running wonderfully, but we can do better.
My complaint is, we dont have enough guild partispation...I think we need to do something (still thinkong up ideas...but pain is currently leaving me brain dead) to get everyone more involved and active...I look at our member list and see the 2 full pages of members we already have. That is great! But if I look at the post counts, less than 1/3 are regular posters....i dont want to see this guild die out...ive already seen one guild do that, and i dont intend to have this one do it as well. So there is something we need to improve upon to get people more involved...

I did know that we had aquite a few members, but I didn't know it was that many.....but I agree with Tommie, we need the members to post more....
Other than that, every thing's cool.....the Lounge has turned into a really good rp thread! xd

I think this guild is doing quite well. Yes, a lot of members don't post, but a good few do. That shows who's actually serious about commitment. I'm happy I found such a nuclear, close place where I can be Wicca! It's quite difficult to do that normally! I'd cry if it had to shut down. but other than that....I think we've got something good going on.

hee hee! that might work! Though did you mean email or pm? I have a suggestion for that, in order to save time (and fingers!) you can just type up the messageinto the first member's pm thingy, then copy and paste it for all of the other members.....that's what I did when I was recruiting for another guild..... xd

Yes...i recomend it...some may have simply lost the link and dont know where to come...you should post the link to the guild on the first page of the other lobby as well for reference.
As olivia suggested, either using copy paste, or (if it is possible) multiple names in the send line...i dont know if it works on gaia tho...((eg-'Zionia', 'Kara', 'olivia benson', etc...))
In the message, you should ask them to respond saying if they would still like to be a member, or not. And send the link as well...
just a few things that might help...

I have something that I'd like to post, but I don't know where to put it.....It's not a spell or ritual...it's more like a concentration thing....It's a way of using sunlight to warm up in the winter.....as someone who is really sensitive to the cold, its helped in the past...any suggestions on where to put it?

No thats ok. Most of the time that can get you kicked from a thread. I don't want you to have to do that. I think we need to to just make a sig link to us. That is a good way of advertizing.

ummm.....what I have isn't really a lesson...it's really just a matter of concentration......kinda like a spell, you just don't need anything for it.......
